We’­re loo­king for an ana­ly­ti­cal stu­dy mana­ger to act as the key link bet­ween our lab teams and pro­ject lea­ders. Step up as the key link bet­ween lab teams and cus­to­mer-focu­sed pro­ject lea­ders! Your Role

  • Under­stand and cover the ana­ly­ti­cal aspects during the pro­ject deve­lo­p­ment cycle for bio­lo­gics (NBEs, bio­si­mi­lars, ATMPs)
  • Act as inter­face bet­ween the ope­ra­tio­nal teams and the dedi­ca­ted pro­ject lead
  • Imple­ment pro­ject plans with respect to cus­to­mer expec­ta­ti­ons and requi­re­ments into ope­ra­ti­ons and super­vi­se pro­ject exe­cu­ti­on con­side­ring scope, qua­li­ty, time and cost
  • Super­vi­se cross-func­tion­al teams in a matrix set­ting
  • Pre­pa­ra­ti­on and manage­ment of pro­ject deli­ver­a­bles (pro­to­cols, reports, CoAs, etc)
  • Over­look com­pi­la­ti­on and review of ana­ly­ti­cal docu­men­ta­ti­on
  • Per­form risk ana­ly­sis and sup­port with qua­li­ty event gene­ra­ti­on
  • Sup­port and trig­ger trou­ble­shoo­ting acti­vi­ties

Your Pro­fi­le

  • BSc or MSc in Life Sci­en­ces (e.g. Ana­ly­ti­cal Che­mis­try, Bio­che­mis­try, Bio­lo­gy, or Phar­ma­cy), with at least 3 years of rele­vant indus­try expe­ri­ence in an ana­ly­ti­cal or deve­lo­p­ment set­ting
  • Strong tech­ni­cal, orga­niza­tio­nal, and com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills to col­la­bo­ra­te effec­tively across cross-func­tion­al teams
  • Solid under­stan­ding of the phar­maceu­ti­cal deve­lo­p­ment pro­cess, both theo­re­ti­cal and prac­ti­cal
  • Expe­ri­ence with qua­li­ty con­trol stan­dards
  • Pro­fi­ci­ent in Eng­lish, both writ­ten and spo­ken; Ger­man is a plus
  • Fami­lia­ri­ty with GMP gui­de­lines and pro­ject manage­ment expe­ri­ence is a strong advan­ta­ge
