Job Descrip­ti­on

Join our Group Report­ing & Data Gover­nan­ce Ope­ra­ti­ons Team as a (Junior/­Mid-Level) Data & Ana­ly­tics Engi­neer.
In this role, you ll design and main­tain relia­ble data pipe­lines, streng­then report­ing accu­ra­cy, and con­tri­bu­te to data gover­nan­ce initia­ti­ves. Col­la­bo­ra­ting with seni­or engi­neers, data gover­nan­ce mana­ger, lea­der­ship, and stake­hol­ders across Cen­tral Ser­vices, inclu­ding Inves­tor Rela­ti­ons, FP&A, ESG, Secu­ri­ty, Adver­ti­sing, and more. You will deli­ver high-qua­li­ty metrics and con­tri­bu­te to the ope­ra­tio­nal excel­lence across the orga­ni­sa­ti­on.

What You ll Do

  • Design, build, and main­tain sca­lable data pipe­lines (ETL/ELT) and trans­for­ma­ti­on work­flows
  • Pro­vi­de accu­ra­te and time­ly metrics, dash­boards, and reports to meet group-level needs
  • Deve­lop data appli­ca­ti­ons and visua­li­sa­ti­ons that enable stake­hol­ders to access and act on insights
  • Sup­port data gover­nan­ce and com­pli­ance pro­ces­ses to ensu­re con­sis­tent, accu­ra­te, and trust­wor­t­hy data
  • Part­ner with busi­ness teams to trans­la­te requi­re­ments into impactful data pro­ducts that dri­ve ope­ra­tio­nal excel­lence.

Qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons

What We re Loo­king For

Must Have

  • Bache­lor s or Mas­ter s in IT, Data/Business Ana­ly­tics, Com­pu­ter Sci­ence, or simi­lar
  • 2+ years expe­ri­ence with SQL, Python, Git/GitHub
  • Strong ana­ly­ti­cal mind­set, detail ori­en­ta­ti­on, and excel­lent stake­hol­der com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
  • Flu­ent in Eng­lish (Ger­man a plus)

Nice to Have

  • dbt (Data Build Tool), CI/CD, Pan­das, Plot­ly, Stream­lit, APIs, data warehousing (e.g. Big­Query), BI tools (e.g. Tableau) and machi­ne lear­ning (ML) model­ling
  • Expe­ri­ence with cloud tech­no­lo­gies (pre­fer­a­b­ly GCP) and orchestra­ti­on tools (Air­byte, Dags­ter)
  • Know­ledge of online mar­ket­places or digi­tal busi­nesses
