As a Glo­bal Logi­stics & Cus­to­miza­ti­on Pro­ject Mana­ger — Sys­tems & Appli­ca­ti­ons (SAP EWM), you will lead stra­te­gic IT pro­jects with glo­bal impact — from opti­mi­zing logi­stics pro­ces­ses to exe­cu­ting com­plex invest­ment initia­ti­ves. You’ll work in inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry and inter­cul­tu­ral pro­ject teams, app­ly your exper­ti­se in SAP and pro­ject manage­ment, and actively con­tri­bu­te to the evo­lu­ti­on of our sup­p­ly chain. If you’­re a proac­ti­ve pro­blem-sol­ver with strong ana­ly­ti­cal skills and a pas­si­on for dri­ving pro­jects to suc­cess, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and imple­ment stra­te­gic glo­bal and regio­nal IT sys­tem pro­jects, with a focus on SAP EWM
  • Act as an inter­face bet­ween stra­te­gic group initia­ti­ves and other stake­hol­ders, such as pro­cess experts, ope­ra­ti­ons, IT or exter­nal imple­men­ta­ti­on part­ners
  • Iden­ti­fy, lead, and imple­ment opti­miza­ti­on pro­jects in logi­stics to impro­ve the flow of mate­ri­als and infor­ma­ti­on across the enti­re sup­p­ly chain
  • Ensu­re pro­ject goals are met in terms of cost, time­line, and qua­li­ty, and careful­ly mana­ge risks using stan­dard pro­ject manage­ment tools for plan­ning and task con­trol
  • Repre­sent pro­jects and inte­rests to manage­ment, up to exe­cu­ti­ve com­mit­tee level
  • Dri­ve the roll­out and con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment of SAP EWM across glo­bal sites

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree, ide­al­ly in sup­p­ly chain manage­ment, logi­stics, or pro­cess manage­ment, or equi­va­lent qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons
  • More than 5 years of expe­ri­ence in glo­bal pro­ject manage­ment within a manu­fac­tu­ring indus­tri­al com­pa­ny
  • Strong IT/SAP exper­ti­se, with a focus on SAP Warehouse Manage­ment (EWM)
  • Deep under­stan­ding of logi­stics sys­tems and pro­ces­ses, as well as sup­p­ly chain manage­ment
  • Fluen­cy in Eng­lish is essen­ti­al, pro­fi­ci­en­cy in Ger­man is a strong asset for col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with stake­hol­ders
  • Wil­ling­ness to tra­vel inter­na­tio­nal­ly, inclu­ding exten­ded trips (50%)
