About the Role

We are see­king an expe­ri­en­ced expert to lead and orchest­ra­te the prac­ti­cal appli­ca­ti­on of Cyber Resi­li­ence Act (CRA) requi­re­ments, trans­forming our gap ana­ly­sis into a con­cre­te, audi­ta­ble com­pli­ance pro­gram. With the sup­port of the team, you will be respon­si­ble for dri­ving the imple­men­ta­ti­on of pro­ces­ses, docu­men­ta­ti­on, and tech­ni­cal frame­works to ensu­re com­pli­ance and resi­li­ence across our sys­tems.

Key Respon­si­bi­li­ties

? Lead the design, coor­di­na­ti­on, and exe­cu­ti­on of CRA com­pli­ance initia­ti­ves.
? Trans­la­te gap ana­ly­sis fin­dings into con­cre­te, audi­ta­ble com­pli­ance pro­grams.
? Deve­lop, docu­ment, and imple­ment pro­ces­ses, stan­dards, and frame­works to meet regu­la­to­ry requi­re­ments.
? Col­la­bo­ra­te with cross-func­tion­al teams in R&D and engi­nee­ring to ensu­re com­pli­ance is inte­gra­ted into ope­ra­ti­ons.
? Pro­vi­de expert gui­dance on cyber­se­cu­ri­ty frame­works and stan­dards rele­vant to indus­tri­al envi­ron­ments.

Requi­red Expe­ri­ence & Skills
? Pro­fes­sio­nal Expe­ri­ence: More than 8 years of rele­vant expe­ri­ence in engi­nee­ring and com­pli­ance roles.
? Demons­tra­ted exper­ti­se in imple­men­ting cyber­se­cu­ri­ty frame­works such as NIS2, ISO 27001, pro­duct secu­ri­ty stan­dards (e.g., ETSI EN , IEC 62443–4‑2), or direct expe­ri­ence with the Cyber Resi­li­ence Act (CRA).
? Pro­ven abili­ty to pro­vi­de detail­ed case stu­dies or examp­les of pre­vious pro­jects in indus­tri­al envi­ron­ments.
? Strong know­ledge in engi­nee­ring or a hig­her tech­ni­cal edu­ca­ti­on rele­vant to the posi­ti­on.
? Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and col­la­bo­ra­ti­on skills, with the abili­ty to work across tech­ni­cal and busi­ness teams.

Edu­ca­ti­on

? Degree in Engi­nee­ring or equi­va­lent hig­her edu­ca­ti­on rele­vant to the role.

Lan­guages

? Eng­lish: Very good / flu­ent (requi­red).
? Ger­man: Nice to have.
