What is my func­tion?

In this posi­ti­on, you will be respon­si­ble for acqui­ring new cus­to­mers and expan­ding exis­ting cus­to­mer rela­ti­onships in French-spea­king Switz­er­land. You will deve­lop a deep under­stan­ding of your cus­to­mers’ busi­nesses, goals and chal­lenges, and intro­du­ce them to World Courier’s first-class logi­stics and ser­vice solu­ti­ons. You will iden­ti­fy new mar­ket oppor­tu­ni­ties, sup­port sales and mar­ke­ting acti­vi­ties such as cam­paigns and trade fairs, and work clo­se­ly with inter­nal teams to deve­lop tail­or-made solu­ti­ons. You will mana­ge the sales pipe­line, track KPIs, com­mu­ni­ca­te with key decis­i­on-makers and ensu­re high cus­to­mer satis­fac­tion through fast and effec­ti­ve pro­blem sol­ving.

What do I need to be suc­cessful?

To be suc­cessful, you have 1–2 years of expe­ri­ence in busi­ness deve­lo­p­ment, sales, or account manage­ment-moti­va­ted gra­dua­tes or interns eager to grow are also wel­co­me. A uni­ver­si­ty degree and expe­ri­ence in the logi­stics, trans­port, phar­maceu­ti­cal, or life sci­ence indus­try are advan­ta­ges. You are cus­to­mer-ori­en­ted, have strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and pre­sen­ta­ti­on skills, and can work inde­pendent­ly and as part of a team.
