Man­power is a lea­ding work­force solu­ti­ons pro­vi­der. On behalf of one of our inter­na­tio­nal cli­ents, we are loo­king for a Mar­ke­ting Spe­cia­list. The role is part of a glo­bal mar­ke­ting orga­niza­ti­on and works clo­se­ly with inter­na­tio­nal stake­hol­ders across mul­ti­ple regi­ons.


Respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Defi­ne and mana­ge glo­bal brand stra­te­gies for the Weed Con­trol port­fo­lio
  • Lead brand posi­tio­ning and value pro­po­si­ti­ons for New Pro­duct Intro­duc­tions
  • Work clo­se­ly with Mar­ke­ting, R and D, Tech­ni­cal, Regu­la­to­ry, and Regio­nal teams
  • Ensu­re glo­bal brand gui­de­lines and mes­sa­ging are appli­ed con­sis­t­ent­ly across mar­kets
  • Mana­ge the glo­bal brand bud­get and moni­tor per­for­mance
  • Trans­la­te tech­ni­cal and sci­en­ti­fic pro­duct infor­ma­ti­on into clear brand mes­sa­ges
  • Track brand per­for­mance and recom­mend impro­ve­ments

Requi­re­ments

  • Uni­ver­si­ty degree in Mar­ke­ting, Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons, or a rela­ted field
  • Seve­ral years of expe­ri­ence in brand manage­ment or mar­ke­ting in crop pro­tec­tion, agri­cul­tu­re tech­no­lo­gy, che­mi­cals, or a com­pa­ra­ble tech­ni­cal B2B envi­ron­ment
  • Expe­ri­ence with glo­bal or regio­nal brand stra­te­gies and pro­duct laun­ches
  • Abili­ty to work in a matrix orga­niza­ti­on and mana­ge mul­ti­ple stake­hol­ders
  • Strong orga­niza­tio­nal and com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
  • Struc­tu­red, hands-on working style and abili­ty to work under time pres­su­re
  • Flu­ent in Eng­lish
