Curr­ent­ly, for our head­quar­ters loca­ted in Bien­ne, we are loo­king for our depart­ment: MECHA­NIC & PRO­CESS (M/F) Respon­si­bi­li­ties: Ensu­re the fea­si­bi­li­ty of indus­tri­al solu­ti­ons in terms of cos­ts, volu­mes, and qua­li­ty, ensu­ring their effec­ti­ve­ness and lea­ding an acti­ve tech­no­lo­gi­cal watch. Ensu­re the relia­bi­li­ty and repea­ta­bi­li­ty of pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses (flows, equip­ment, methods). Sup­port the trans­fer to pro­duc­tion: train teams, pro­vi­de tech­ni­cal sup­port, and ensu­re moni­to­ring. Wri­te machina­bi­li­ty reports. Cal­cu­la­te cos­ts (PRF). Mas­ter and imple­ment CNC machi­ning pro­ces­ses. Defi­ne and adjust pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the methods office and the tech­ni­cal office to ensu­re opti­mal effi­ci­en­cy. Actively par­ti­ci­pa­te in pro­duct and pro­cess deve­lo­p­ment pro­jects. Con­duct or super­vi­se tech­ni­cal stu­dies on exis­ting pro­ducts. Pro­vi­de tech­ni­cal sup­port to pro­duc­tion lines, par­ti­cu­lar­ly within R&D pro­jects. Ensu­re the locking of pro­ces­ses (pro­cess-locking). Pro­du­ce pro­to­ty­pe series while respec­ting tech­ni­cal and qua­li­ty requi­re­ments. Defi­ne and mana­ge new pro­duc­tion means (machi­nes, tools, devices). Col­la­bo­ra­te with sup­pli­ers and sub­con­trac­tors to deve­lop or impro­ve pro­ces­ses. Actively con­tri­bu­te to con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment. Ana­ly­ze cost struc­tures for new pro­ducts or pro­ces­ses. Skills: Fede­ral Cer­ti­fi­ca­te of Pro­fi­ci­en­cy (CFC) in Poly­me­cha­nics, Micro­me­cha­nics, or any equi­va­lent qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on. Mini­mum of 3 years’ expe­ri­ence in a simi­lar role in an indus­tri­al envi­ron­ment. Very good mas­tery of CNC (Gibbs and/or Top­So­lid) and know­ledge of machi­ne tools such as Wil­l­emin Macodel 508MT2 / Bumo­tec S191 or Citi­zen L12, M16. Abili­ty to pass on know­ledge pedago­gi­cal­ly and a strong team spi­rit. Sen­se of rigor and auto­no­my. Ana­ly­ti­cal mind­set and strong pro­po­sal-making abili­ty.
