Ser­vice Real is respon­si­ble for con­s­truc­tion manage­ment, ener­gy manage­ment, and faci­li­ty manage­ment. Its main tasks include the con­s­truc­tion, ope­ra­ti­on, and main­ten­an­ce of buil­dings, infra­struc­tures, and sys­tems of our com­pa­ny. It pos­s­es­ses the pro­fes­sio­nal exper­ti­se and know-how to con­sider the enti­re life cycle of X in your mul­ti­cul­tu­ral team.X: You are part of the future and qua­li­ty pro­ducts as your future are­as of respon­si­bi­li­ty:- Tech­ni­cal and per­son­nel manage­ment of a team of X employees.- Ensu­ring main­ten­an­ce, upkeep, trou­ble­shoo­ting, and con­duc­ting func­tion­al checks on elec­tri­cal infra­struc­tu­re sys­tems.- Aut­ho­ri­zed per­son for medi­um vol­ta­ge sys­tems (or wil­ling­ness to under­go the cor­re­spon­ding trai­ning).- Car­ry­ing out gene­ral work on elec­tri­cal sys­tems and addres­sing defi­ci­en­ci­es accor­ding to inspec­tion reports.- Lea­ding and sup­port­ing pro­jects.- Prac­ti­cal trai­ner for apprentices.Your skills and com­pe­ten­ci­es:- Com­ple­ted voca­tio­nal trai­ning as EFZ.- Expe­ri­ence in the posi­ti­on as group lea­der is an advan­ta­ge.- Good know­ledge of rele­vant regu­la­ti­ons and stan­dards.- You remain calm and thoughtful in hec­tic situa­tions.- Your fle­xi­bi­li­ty and relia­bi­li­ty allow you to act pro­fes­sio­nal­ly at all times.Languages:- Nego­tia­ble Ger­man lan­guage skills in spea­king and wri­ting.
