What is my function?

Our customer needs a Junior Cyber Security Operations Engineer who will dive into the exciting world of digital defense. You’ll monitor security systems in real-time, hunt for anomalies that could signal threats, and respond to security incidents with speed and precision. What do I need to be successful?

  • Relevant certifications like Security+, CEH, or similar are a plus but not mandatory

  • Clear career progression path in the rapidly growing cybersecurity field

  • Opportunity to work on real-world security challenges that make a difference

  • Flexible working arrangements with remote options

  • Collaborative team culture that values innovation and creative problem-solving

  • Competitive salary package with performance-based bonuses

What makes the company?

Our customer is a forward-thinking organization that treats cybersecurity not as an afterthought, but as a core pillar of their business strategy. They foster a culture of innovation where new ideas are welcomed and experimentation is encouraged. The security team operates with a hacker mindset — always questioning, always testing, always improving. They invest heavily in their people’s growth and believe that diverse perspectives make stronger defenses. With a commitment to staying ahead of emerging threats, they provide an environment where junior engineers can rapidly develop into seasoned security experts while working on meaningful projects that protect critical assets and data.
