For our cli­ent, a glo­bal lea­der in power and auto­ma­ti­on tech­no­lo­gies spe­cia­li­zing in Sur­ge Arres­ter solu­ti­ons, we are loo­king for a high­ly moti­va­ted and expe­ri­en­ced Team Lead Main­ten­an­ce. Based in Wet­tin­gen, Aar­gau, you will be respon­si­ble for the over­all main­ten­an­ce of pro­duc­tion faci­li­ties and tech­ni­cal sys­tems within a high­ly auto­ma­ted pro­cess manu­fac­tu­ring envi­ron­ment.

Tasks & Respon­si­bi­li­ties:

  • Lea­der­ship & Stra­tegy: Pro­vi­de stra­te­gic and ope­ra­tio­nal lea­der­ship for the main­ten­an­ce orga­niza­ti­on, mana­ging a dedi­ca­ted team of 6 spe­cia­lists.

  • Main­ten­an­ce Manage­ment: Plan, con­trol, and imple­ment main­ten­an­ce mea­su­res, inclu­ding pre­ven­ti­ve, cor­rec­ti­ve, and holi­stic main­ten­an­ce con­cepts.

  • Sys­tem Opti­miza­ti­on: Deve­lop and exe­cu­te main­ten­an­ce stra­te­gies to increase plant avai­la­bi­li­ty, pro­duc­ti­vi­ty, and the over­all life­span of equip­ment.

  • Bud­get & Resour­ces: Take full respon­si­bi­li­ty for bud­get plan­ning, cost con­trol, and the stra­te­gic manage­ment of spa­re parts and inven­to­ry.

  • Pro­ject Sup­port: Act as a tech­ni­cal part­ner for con­ver­si­on, new con­s­truc­tion, and capi­tal invest­ment (CAPEX) pro­jects.

  • Com­pli­ance & Safe­ty: Ensu­re strict adhe­rence to all safe­ty, envi­ron­men­tal, and legal regu­la­ti­ons within the faci­li­ty.

  • Digi­tal Inno­va­ti­on: Dri­ve the con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment of main­ten­an­ce pro­ces­ses through the intro­duc­tion of digi­tal tools and KPI-based track­ing sys­tems.

Qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons:

  • Edu­ca­ti­on: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engi­nee­ring, Mecha­tro­nics, Elec­tri­cal Engi­nee­ring, Auto­ma­ti­on Tech­no­lo­gy, or a rela­ted tech­ni­cal field.

  • Lea­der­ship Expe­ri­ence: Pro­ven track record in pro­fes­sio­nal and disci­pli­na­ry lea­der­ship, with seve­ral years of expe­ri­ence in main­ten­an­ce within a high-volu­me or pro­cess manu­fac­tu­ring envi­ron­ment.

  • Tech­ni­cal Exper­ti­se: Deep know­ledge of auto­ma­ti­on, robo­tics, and indus­tri­al con­trol sys­tems.

  • Metho­do­lo­gi­cal Skills: Expe­ri­ence with struc­tu­red main­ten­an­ce approa­ches, con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment (Lean/Kaizen), and con­di­ti­on-based moni­to­ring.

  • Pro­ject Manage­ment: Pro­ven abili­ty to mana­ge tech­ni­cal invest­ment pro­jects and col­la­bo­ra­te effec­tively across inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry inter­faces.

  • Soft Skills: Ana­ly­ti­cal mind­set, a struc­tu­red way of working, and strong imple­men­ta­ti­on skills com­bi­ned with high lea­der­ship com­pe­tence.

  • Lan­guages: Flu­ent Ger­man and Eng­lish are requi­red for this role.
