Glo­bal SAP PP Con­sul­tant (m/f/d)

As a key mem­ber of the SAP Team, you will be respon­si­ble for mana­ging acti­vi­ties rela­ted to the SAP PP (Pro­duc­tion Plan­ning) modu­le and deli­ve­ring high-qua­li­ty solu­ti­ons. In addi­ti­on, you will lead glo­bal SAP PP imple­men­ta­ti­on pro­jects, opti­mi­ze pro­duc­tion pro­ces­ses, and pro­vi­de solu­ti­ons ali­gned with busi­ness objec­ti­ves. You will also be part of cross-func­tion­al teams that inte­gra­te SAP PP with the other modu­les like MM, SD, and QM.

Your tasks:

  • Lead end-to-end imple­men­ta­ti­on of the SAP PP modu­le, inclu­ding requi­re­ments gathe­ring, blue­prin­ting, design, con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on, test­ing, deploy­ment, and post-go-live sup­port
  • Ana­ly­ze busi­ness requi­re­ments and design SAP PP solu­ti­ons to impro­ve pro­duc­tion plan­ning, sche­du­ling, and exe­cu­ti­on
  • Con­fi­gu­re and cus­to­mi­ze SAP PP to ali­gn with busi­ness pro­ces­ses and objec­ti­ves.
  • Pro­vi­de hands-on sup­port and trou­ble­shoot issues rela­ted to the SAP PP modu­le
  • Con­duct sys­tem test­ing and ensu­re data accu­ra­cy across pro­duc­tion-rela­ted modu­les
  • Deve­lop and main­tain user trai­ning mate­ri­als, pro­vi­ding trai­ning ses­si­ons for key and end users
  • Ensu­re com­pli­ance with cor­po­ra­te poli­ci­es, qua­li­ty stan­dards, and indus­try best prac­ti­ces
  • Pro­vi­de ongo­ing enhance­ments and sys­tem opti­miza­ti­ons based on evol­ving busi­ness needs
  • Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA inno­va­tions and gui­de the orga­niza­ti­on on adop­ting new fea­tures to enhan­ce pro­duc­tion effi­ci­en­cy
  • Deve­lop pro­ject docu­men­ta­ti­on, inclu­ding sta­tus reports, risk assess­ments, and post-imple­men­ta­ti­on reviews

Your pro­fi­le:

  • Mas­ter s or bache­lor s degree in engi­nee­ring, com­pu­ter sci­ence, or com­pa­ra­ble
  • Expe­ri­ence as SAP Con­sul­tant in SAP PP modu­le (MM and/or WM would be an advan­ta­ge)
  • Good expe­ri­ence in requi­re­ments desig­ning and cus­to­mi­zing the modu­les
  • Pro­ject Manage­ment cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on or suc­cessful com­ple­ti­on of a reco­gni­zed pro­ject manage­ment cur­ri­cu­lum is desi­red
  • Expe­ri­ence in pro­cess har­mo­niza­ti­on, end to end pro­ces­ses, and best prac­ti­ces
  • A high degree of per­so­nal respon­si­bi­li­ty, inde­pen­dence, and con­fi­dent deme­an­or
  • Fluen­cy in Eng­lish, good Ger­man know­ledge would be a plus
  • Abili­ty to tra­vel up to 20 %
  • Valid work per­mit for Switz­er­land or an EU citi­zen­ship
