As part of our Risk Con­sul­ting Team, you will advi­se com­pa­nies across various indus­tries out­side the finan­cial ser­vices sec­tor on how to main­tain trust and rea­li­ze oppor­tu­ni­ties in an ever­chan­ging world. We sup­port our cli­ents in the are­as of “Enter­pri­se Resi­li­ence”, “Digi­tal Risk Manage­ment”, “ESG Risk Manage­ment”, “Inter­nal Audit”, “Inter­nal Con­trols” and “Ope­ra­tio­nal Risk Manage­ment”.

Beco­me part of our moti­va­ted team and sup­port pro­jects in the afo­re­men­tio­ned are­as at home in Switz­er­land as well as and abroad. You will join a very diver­se, inclu­si­ve and enthu­si­a­stic team of 20+ pro­fes­sio­nals based out of Zurich / Basel / Gen­e­va / Lau­sanne. Your key respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Enter­pri­se Resi­li­ence: sup­port our cli­ents with asses­sing their resi­li­ence in the are­as of stra­te­gic, finan­cial, value chain, infor­ma­ti­on and tech­no­lo­gy, talent and phy­si­cal assets. Help our cli­ents design and imple­ment Busi­ness Con­ti­nui­ty Manage­ment (BCM) and Enter­pri­se Risk Manage­ment (ERM) pro­grams crea­ting inte­gra­ted and stream­li­ned approa­ches to crea­ting value through risk-infor­med decis­i­on making.
  • Digi­tal Risk Manage­ment: sup­port our team with hel­ping our cli­ents to mana­ge their tech­no­lo­gy risks, ran­ging from Trus­ted AI and Ethi­cal Use of Tech­no­lo­gy to Gover­nan­ce, Risk & Com­pli­ance (GRC) Tech­no­lo­gy imple­men­ta­ti­ons and mana­ging lar­ge tech­no­lo­gy trans­for­ma­ti­on risks.
  • ESG Risk Manage­ment: sup­port our team with asses­sing our client’s risk manage­ment pro­grams against regu­la­to­ry ESG risk manage­ment requi­re­ments as well as with desig­ning and inte­gra­ting func­tion­al risk manage­ment pro­grams under one cen­tra­li­zed ESG risk manage­ment gover­nan­ce.
  • Inter­nal Audit: sup­port our cli­ents with the estab­lish­ment or trans­for­ma­ti­on of Inter­nal Audit func­tions, as well as with Inter­nal Audit exe­cu­ti­on in various ope­ra­tio­nal are­as of our cli­ents. Review pro­cess and inter­nal con­trols effec­ti­ve­ness and effi­ci­en­ci­es and sup­port in iden­ti­fy­ing com­pli­ance gaps. Report are­as of impro­ve­ment to Seni­or Manage­ment within the cli­ent orga­niza­ti­on. Be part of our the Inter­nal Audit ser­vices we pro­vi­de to our cli­ents in Switz­er­land as well as across the glo­be with gre­at inter­na­tio­nal tra­vel oppor­tu­ni­ties.
  • Inter­nal Con­trols: sup­port our cli­ents with the design and imple­men­ta­ti­on of Inter­nal Con­trol Sys­tems (ICS) to impro­ve their manage­ment of finan­cial risks. Per­form test­ing of con­trols against inter­na­tio­nal stan­dards, such as Sar­ba­nes-Oxley-Act or J‑SOX.
  • Ope­ra­tio­nal Risk Manage­ment: sup­port our cli­ents with mana­ging their ope­ra­tio­nal risks in the area of Envi­ron­men­tal, Social & Gover­nan­ce (ESG), Third Par­ty Risk Manage­ment (TPRM), Sup­p­ly Chain Risk Manage­ment, Pro­gram Risk Manage­ment (PRM).

Skills and attri­bu­tes for suc­cess

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Busi­ness Admi­nis­tra­ti­on, Eco­no­mics, Com­pu­ter Sci­ence, Infor­ma­ti­on Sys­tems or other rele­vant pro­grams
  • 1–2 years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in Resi­li­ence, Risk Manage­ment, Risk Ana­ly­tics, Sup­p­ly Chain Risk Manage­ment, Third-Par­ty Risk Manage­ment, Digi­tal & AI Risk Manage­ment, ESG Risk Manage­ment, Inter­nal Audit, Inter­nal Con­trols or other rele­vant are­as. Indus­try expe­ri­ence in Life Sci­en­ces, Con­su­mer Pro­ducts or Manu­fac­tu­ring is con­side­red as a plus
  • 1–2 years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence with Gover­nan­ce, Risk & Com­pli­ance (GRC) tech­no­lo­gy, e.g., SAP GRC, Ser­viceNow, Archer or simi­lar plat­forms
  • Ana­ly­ti­cal skills and wil­ling­ness to per­form ana­ly­ti­cal tasks hand­ling lar­ge amounts of data
  • Fast lear­ner with a growth mind­set
  • Good inter­per­so­nal skills, which enable you to work in an inter­na­tio­nal, col­la­bo­ra­ti­ve team envi­ron­ment
  • You are intellec­tual­ly curious and genui­ne­ly inte­res­ted in new tech­no­lo­gies and digi­ta­liza­ti­on
  • Wil­ling­ness to tra­vel (up to 40%) in Euro­pe and across the Glo­be
  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills in Eng­lish and Ger­man or French is a must. Any addi­tio­nal lan­guage spo­ken is con­side­red as a plus
