We are loo­king to streng­then the Glo­bal Main­ten­an­ce & Metro­lo­gy Team with a

Glo­bal Main­ten­an­ce Sys­tems Spe­cia­list (f/m/d)

You will be part of the Glo­bal Main­ten­an­ce & Metro­lo­gy team but phy­si­cal­ly situa­ted in Thö­ris­haus along­side the local SMEs. You will be in regu­lar and fre­quent cont­act with your glo­bal team curr­ent­ly con­sis­ting of two expe­ri­en­ced main­ten­an­ce spe­cia­lists and one tech­ni­ci­an loca­ted in site Kvist­gaard, Den­mark. Some tra­vel­ling must be expec­ted. This hybrid set­up means that you enjoy working both inde­pendent­ly and in teams.

What you may expect:

Owner and Admi­nis­tra­tor of CMMS (Com­pu­te­ri­zed Main­ten­an­ce Manage­ment Sys­tem)

  • Ensu­re the sys­tem com­pli­es with HA/IT requi­re­ments.
  • Imple­ment updates in the sys­tem in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with IT
  • Train super­users in the Line of Busi­ness (LoB).
  • Set up trai­ning sys­tem and trai­ning objec­ti­ves for all roles in LoB.
  • Pro­vi­de sys­tem sup­port to LoB.

SME and Dri­ver in Cross-func­tion­al Main­ten­an­ce Groups

  • Ensu­re imple­men­ta­ti­on of main­ten­an­ce impro­ve­ments and pro­jects.
  • Chair mee­tings

Deve­lop sys­tems and gui­de­lines within area

  • Owner and update of glo­bal pro­ce­du­res
  • Com­mu­ni­ca­te and col­la­bo­ra­te with the glo­bal team and with local stake­hol­ders

You will play a vital role in imple­men­ting a new Glo­bal Com­pu­te­ri­zed Main­ten­an­ce Manage­ment Sys­tem (CMMS) first in site Bern (Thö­ris­haus), sub­se­quent­ly in Münich, and Kvist­gaard sites — a scope encom­pas­sing all or many of abo­ve respon­si­bi­li­ties

Your skills and qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons

  • Master’s degree in rele­vant technical/engineering field (Mecha­ni­cal, Che­mi­cal, Indus­tri­al, IT, phar­maceu­ti­cal sci­en­ces etc.)
  • +5 years of expe­ri­ence with main­ten­an­ce
  • Expe­ri­ence with regu­la­to­ry requi­re­ments and GMP within the phar­maceu­ti­cal indus­try
  • Six sigma/Lean expe­ri­ence
  • Eng­lish and Ger­man — flu­ent­ly
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and col­la­bo­ra­ti­on skills

This role requi­res a blend of tech­ni­cal exper­ti­se, pro­ject manage­ment skills, and the abili­ty to train and sup­port various stake­hol­ders.

You will get a uni­que oppor­tu­ni­ty to put your mark on the Main­ten­an­ce and Metro­lo­gy area glo­bal­ly in BN by dri­ving impro­ve­ments that broad­ly impact the orga­niza­ti­on. You will play a cru­cial role in sup­port­ing BN’s growth towards beco­ming one of the lar­gest pure play vac­ci­ne com­pa­nies com­mit­ted to impro­ving and saving lives.
