What you can expect

  • You mana­ge mul­ti­ple IT-Appli­ca­ti­on pro­jects in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the invol­ved teams within IT, busi­ness and exter­nal sup­pli­ers
  • You steer the pro­jects from the solu­ti­on con­cep­ti­on, poten­ti­al pro­duct eva­lua­tions, migra­ti­ons, through imple­men­ta­ti­on and test­ing till roll-out and hand-over to ope­ra­ti­ons
  • You plan and report on the pro­jects regar­ding time, bud­get and qua­li­ty to ensu­re smooth and time­ly com­ple­ti­on
  • You spe­ci­fy busi­ness requi­re­ments and faci­li­ta­te the solu­ti­on design
  • You con­duct the pro­vi­der sel­ec­tion from Request for Infor­ma­ti­on (RfI) and Request for Pro­po­sal (RfP), eva­lua­ti­on of the pro­vi­ders, orga­ni­sa­ti­on of demo ses­si­ons to the nego­tia­ti­on of the con­tract
  • You ensu­re the col­la­bo­ra­ti­on bet­ween IT, busi­ness, manage­ment and exter­nal pro­vi­ders
  • Rea­di­ness to work occa­sio­nal­ly during off-hours or weekends for releases

What you bring along

  • Solid know­ledge of pro­ject manage­ment metho­do­lo­gies (agi­le and water­fall)
  • Strong lea­der­ship skills with a varied set of stake­hol­ders
  • At least 3 years expe­ri­ence of suc­cessful­ly lea­ding IT pro­jects
  • A cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on in pro­ject manage­ment is a plus (PMI, PMP, post-gra­dua­te stu­dies)
  • A solid under­stan­ding of IT tech­no­lo­gies, secu­ri­ty & com­pli­ance and infra­struc­tures
  • Abili­ty to wri­te struc­tu­red tech­ni­cal docu­men­ta­ti­ons
  • Strong ana­ly­ti­cal skills
  • Solid pre­sen­ta­ti­on skills to teams and manage­ment
  • Flu­ent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills in Eng­lish and Ger­man.
  • Com­ple­ted com­pu­ter sci­ence or rela­ted edu­ca­ti­on (Uni/ETH, HF, FH)
  • Strong team play­er with a hands-on men­ta­li­ty and a growth mind­set
