Your chall­enge

  • Link bet­ween busi­ness and IT for the under­stan­ding, defi­ni­ti­on and deve­lo­p­ment of busi­ness pro­ces­ses within SAP rela­ted to accoun­ting, cost accoun­ting and con­trol­ling, taking into account local and group-wide accoun­ting poli­ci­es

  • Defi­ni­ti­on of busi­ness requi­re­ments and crea­ti­on of spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons as well as exe­cu­ti­on of con­fi­gu­ra­ti­ons and test cases in rela­ti­on to all are­as of finan­cial accoun­ting (GL, AP, AR, AA, SL) and con­trol­ling (cost cen­ter, orders, pro­duct cost con­trol­ling, cal­cu­la­ti­ons, COPA etc.)

  • Sup­port for exis­ting pro­ces­ses in the area of SAP FI/CO/consolidation and iden­ti­fi­ca­ti­on of pro­cess impro­ve­ments

  • Cont­act per­son for auto­ma­ti­on pos­si­bi­li­ties in your own area of respon­si­bi­li­ty and sup­port for exis­ting solu­ti­ons

  • Crea­ti­on and main­ten­an­ce of docu­men­ta­ti­on for imple­men­ta­ti­on and test acti­vi­ties

  • Clear pre­sen­ta­ti­on of tech­ni­cal topics or pro­blems for tech­ni­cal and non-tech­ni­cal tar­get groups Pre­pa­ra­ti­on and imple­men­ta­ti­on of work­shops and pre­sen­ta­ti­ons

  • Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on and invol­vement in the pre­pa­ra­ti­on and future imple­men­ta­ti­on of SAP S/4HANA

  • Pro­ject manage­ment for local and inter­na­tio­nal SAP pro­jects with a focus on SAP FI/CO clo­se coope­ra­ti­on with other inter­nal and exter­nal con­sul­tants and the inter­na­tio­nal SAP busi­ness pro­cess experts

Your qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons

  • Uni­ver­si­ty degree or equi­va­lent edu­ca­ti­on

  • Pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence as a func­tion­al con­sul­tant in the area of finan­ce, cost accoun­ting and con­trol­ling

  • Good know­ledge of SAP stan­dard pro­ces­ses in all are­as of SAP FI/CO

  • Basic under­stan­ding of SAP cross modu­le pro­ces­ses (SD, CS, MM, PP)

  • Seve­ral years of prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in cus­to­mi­zing SAP FI/CO

  • Know­ledge in the design and mode­ling of busi­ness pro­ces­ses

  • Expe­ri­ence in SAP S/4HANA imple­men­ta­ti­on and in the manage­ment of SAP pro­jects is an advan­ta­ge

  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills

  • Self orga­ni­zed way of working and enjoy working in pro­ject teams

  • Entre­pre­neu­ri­al and solu­ti­on ori­en­ted thin­king with con­cep­tu­al and ana­ly­ti­cal skills in a glo­bal envi­ron­ment

  • Wil­ling­ness for inter­na­tio­nal tra­vel (approx. 10%)

  • Busi­ness flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish (ver­bal and writ­ten)
