The Kus­nacht Prac­ti­ce is curr­ent­ly recrui­ting a moti­va­ted and self-dri­ven Cli­ent Case Mana­ger to join our team. In this role, you will work clo­se­ly with our cli­ents throug­hout their tre­at­ment jour­ney, hel­ping to ensu­re their expe­ri­ence is coor­di­na­ted and sup­port­i­ve. Ide­al­ly, you bring a back­ground in health­ca­re and a genui­ne inte­rest in working with peo­p­le in a col­la­bo­ra­ti­ve, ser­vice-ori­en­ted envi­ron­ment.

Your Respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Mana­ge cli­ents throug­hout their tre­at­ment jour­ney, ensu­ring cli­ni­cal qua­li­ty from pre­ad­mis­si­on to con­ti­nuing care
  • Coor­di­na­te tre­at­ment pro­gram­mes in resi­den­ti­al and remo­te set­tings, prio­ri­ti­sing cli­ent satis­fac­tion
  • Act as the main cont­act for the tre­at­ment team, ensu­ring smooth com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and holi­stic care
  • Main­tain rela­ti­onships with fami­lies and stake­hol­ders while iden­ti­fy­ing busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­te in rota­ting weekend on-call duties for cli­ent sup­port
  • Review addi­tio­nal cos­ts trans­par­ent­ly for cli­ents
  • Over­see dischar­ge plan­ning and rech­ar­ge recom­men­da­ti­ons to ensu­re care con­ti­nui­ty
  • Respond prompt­ly to cli­ent requests to build trust and posi­ti­ve rela­ti­onships

You are/have

  • Pro­ven expe­ri­ence in cli­ent care coor­di­na­ti­on or tre­at­ment pro­gram­me manage­ment
  • Health­ca­re-rela­ted expe­ri­ence (e.g. back­ground in nur­sing, psy­cho­lo­gy) or hos­pi­ta­li­ty
  • Strong inter­per­so­nal and com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
  • Excel­lent orga­ni­sa­tio­nal skills and atten­ti­on to detail
  • Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in MS-Office suite and expe­ri­ence with elec­tro­nic health records sys­tems pre­fer­red
  • Abili­ty to work auto­no­mously and col­la­bo­ra­tively in a fast-paced, dyna­mic envi­ron­ment
  • Com­mit­ment to uphol­ding the hig­hest stan­dards of cli­ni­cal qua­li­ty and cli­ent satis­fac­tion
  • Fle­xi­bi­li­ty and a col­la­bo­ra­ti­ve mind­set, with the abili­ty to work effec­tively across func­tions and adapt to evol­ving cli­ent needs
  • Swiss dri­ving licen­se cat. B is a must
  • Eli­gi­bi­li­ty to work in Switz­er­land
