Your respon­si­bi­li­ties:

  • You will lead, moti­va­te, and deve­lop your team of five employees, both pro­fes­sio­nal­ly and per­so­nal­ly
  • You will plan and coor­di­na­te dai­ly work assign­ments in the area of gar­den main­ten­an­ce
  • You will ensu­re the high-qua­li­ty and time­ly exe­cu­ti­on of orders
  • You will be respon­si­ble for mate­ri­al pro­cu­re­ment and the main­ten­an­ce of the machi­nery

    You have com­ple­ted trai­ning as a gar­de­ner (EFZ)You have pro­ven lea­der­ship expe­ri­ence in a simi­lar posi­tionY­ou impress with your orga­niza­tio­nal skills and solu­ti­on-ori­en­ted approach­Y­ou have a valid Cate­go­ry B driver’s licen­seY­ou have a valid swiss resi­dence per­mit (B/C) or are Swiss­Flu­ent in Ger­man / Eng­lish, Ita­li­an, or Por­tu­gue­se would be an advan­ta­ge
