Posi­ti­on:

  • Col­la­bo­ra­te with the Pro­duc­tion Plan­ning Depart­ment to deve­lop and exe­cu­te annu­al and month­ly main­ten­an­ce plans for Main­ten­an­ce and Pro­duc­tion lines, ensu­ring time­ly com­ple­ti­on, inclu­ding out­sour­ced main­ten­an­ce
  • Enhan­ce machi­ne per­for­mance and redu­ce spa­re part cos­ts by deve­lo­ping and main­tai­ning effec­ti­ve main­ten­an­ce sys­tems
  • Over­see the main­ten­an­ce and rea­di­ness of sub-assem­bly units by coor­di­na­ting the main­ten­an­ce team’s sche­du­le and mana­ging inven­to­ry for the mecha­ni­cal and embos­ser rooms
  • Col­la­bo­ra­te with the Pro­duc­tion Plan­ning Depart­ment to coor­di­na­te and eva­lua­te out­sour­ced main­ten­an­ce acti­vi­ties
  • Sup­port Advan­ced Spa­re Parts stu­dies and balan­ce spa­re parts inven­to­ry levels to achie­ve tar­ge­ted cost effi­ci­en­cy
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­te in and lead safe­ty, pro­duc­tion per­for­mance, non-tob­ac­co mate­ri­als (NTM), and tob­ac­co yield and qua­li­ty impro­ve­ment pro­jects

Requi­re­ments:

  • Prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in Main­ten­an­ce Plan­ning
  • Tech­ni­cal hig­her edu­ca­ti­on
  • Strong orga­niza­tio­nal, ana­ly­ti­cal and tech­ni­cal skills
  • The abili­ty to set prio­ri­ties, com­mu­ni­ca­te with cla­ri­ty and lead trai­ning ses­si­ons
  • Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in MS Office and ERP sys­tem (SAP pre­fer­red). Know­ledge of Power BI would be a strong asset
  • Good Eng­lish lan­guage skills. Ger­man lan­guage know­ledge would be an advan­ta­ge
