Respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Ana­ly­se regu­la­to­ry requi­re­ments for struc­tu­red pro­ducts and deri­va­ti­ves gover­nan­ce in a ban­king tra­ding envi­ron­ment
  • Work clo­se­ly with cross func­tion­al stake­hol­ders espe­ci­al­ly legal, risk and
    com­pli­ance to inter­pret regu­la­to­ry requi­re­ments, ana­ly­se impact of chan­ge and
    deve­lop sui­ta­ble solutions/governance frame­works
  • Ensu­re that all dis­tri­bu­ted pro­ducts meet cli­ent sui­ta­bi­li­ty stan­dards
  • Work with an Agi­le deve­lo­p­ment team to refi­ne and prio­ri­ti­ze fea­tures and sto­ries
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­te in sprint plan­ning, reviews, test­ing and retro­s­pec­ti­ves

Requi­re­ments

  • Pro­ven expe­ri­ence as a Pro­duct Owner/Business Ana­lyst in the finan­cial indus­try
  • Soild under­stan­ding of pro­duct gover­nan­ce
  • Solid under­stan­ding of regu­la­to­ry requi­re­ments (ESG, EMIR, MIFID, Fin­frag, 871m)
  • Very good know­ledge of cross-asset struc­tu­red pro­ducts and its issu­an­ce and dis­tri­bu­ti­on pro­ces­ses
  • Flu­ent in Eng­lish

Nice to have

  • Know­ledge of tra­ding and risk sys­tems
  • Ger­man lan­guage skills

  • Strong pro­blem-sol­ving skills and the abili­ty to think cri­ti­cal­ly
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and col­la­bo­ra­ti­on skills with the abili­ty to work effec­tively with cross func­tion­al teams and stake­hol­ders
  • Strong ana­ly­ti­cal mind­set with an atten­ti­on to detail and abili­ty to pre­sent com­plex infor­ma­ti­on in a clear and struc­tu­red man­ner
  • Abili­ty to mana­ge mul­ti­ple tasks and prio­ri­ti­ze effec­tively
