Über Boro­bo­tics

Boro­bo­tics ent­wi­ckelt eine neu­ar­ti­ge, auto­no­me Bohr­tech­no­lo­gie für die Nut­zung von Erd­wär­me ‑elek­trisch, kom­pakt und lei­se. Damit ermög­li­chen wir Boh­run­gen auch in dicht besie­del­ten Gebie­ten­und leis­ten einen akti­ven Bei­trag zur Wär­me­wen­de. Aktu­ell bau­en wir unse­re Pro­to­ty­pen, tes­ten­Funk­tio­nen und trei­ben die Seri­en­rei­fe vor­an — und brau­chen Dei­ne Unter­stüt­zung!

Über DichD­ei­ne Auf­ga­ben

  • Mon­ta­ge von Pro­to­ty­pen und Funk­ti­ons­mus­tern
  • Auf­bau, Durch­füh­rung und Pro­to­kol­lie­rung von Tests (z. B. Bohr‑, Labor- oder Funk­ti­ons­tests)
  • Pla­nung und Auf­bau von Prüf­stän­den
  • 3D-Druck­tei­le beschaf­fen oder selbst dru­cken
  • Beschaf­fung von Bau­tei­len (Norm‑, Katalog‑, Fer­ti­gungs­tei­le nach Zeich­nung sowie Elek­tro­nik)
  • Mecha­ni­sche Anpas­sung bestehen­der Tei­le (z. B. Boh­ren, Dre­hen, Frä­sen, Schlei­fen)
  • Optio­nal: Umset­zung ein­fa­cher CAD-Kon­struk­tio­nen und Zeich­nun­gen in Solid­Works (nach Vor­ga­be)

  • Idea­ler­wei­se: Abge­schlos­se­ne Leh­re als Mechaniker:in EFZ (Poly, Land­ma­chi­nen, etc )
  • Lust, in einem agi­len Start-up-Umfeld mit fla­chen Hier­ar­chien zu arbei­ten
  • Feu­er und Flam­me für ein Pro­dukt, das die Wär­me­wen­de beschleu­ni­gen kann
  • Selbst­stän­di­ge und struk­tu­rier­te Arbeits­wei­se
  • Freu­de am Tüf­teln, Tes­ten und Anpa­cken im Team
  • Aus­ser­dem wün­schens­wert:
  • - Erfah­rung im Pro­to­ty­pen­bau oder im Auf­bau von Ver­suchs­ein­rich­tun­gen oder Erfah­rung im Bereich Mon­ta­ge und Inbe­trieb­nah­me
  • - Inter­es­se an CAD-Kon­struk­ti­on in Solid­Works (kein Muss, aber ein Plus)

About Boro­bo­tics

Boro­bo­tics is deve­lo­ping a new gene­ra­ti­on of auto­no­mous dril­ling tech­no­lo­gy for the use of geo­ther­mal ener­gy — elec­tric, com­pact and quiet. This enables us to drill wells even in den­se­ly popu­la­ted are­as and make an acti­ve con­tri­bu­ti­on to the heat tran­si­ti­on. We are curr­ent­ly buil­ding our pro­to­ty­pes, test­ing func­tions and dri­ving for­ward series pro­duc­tion — and we need your sup­port!

About youY­our tasks

  • Assem­bly of pro­to­ty­pes and func­tion­al samples
  • Set­up, exe­cu­ti­on and log­ging of tests (e.g. dril­ling, labo­ra­to­ry or func­tion­al tests)
  • Plan­ning and set­up of test ben­ches
  • Pro­cu­re­ment or self-prin­ting of 3D prin­ted parts
  • Pro­cu­re­ment of com­pon­ents (stan­dard, cata­log, pro­duc­tion parts accor­ding to dra­wings and elec­tro­nics)
  • Mecha­ni­cal adapt­a­ti­on of exis­ting parts (e.g. dril­ling, tur­ning, mil­ling, grin­ding)
  • Optio­nal: Imple­men­ta­ti­on of simp­le CAD designs and dra­wings in Solid­Works (accor­ding to spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons) e.g. dril­ling, tur­ning, mil­ling, grinding)Optional: Imple­men­ta­ti­on of simp­le CAD designs and dra­wings in Solid­Works (accor­ding to spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons)

Your pro­fi­le

  • Ide­al­ly: Com­ple­ted app­ren­ti­ce­ship as a poly­me­cha­nic EFZ (poly, agri­cul­tu­ral machi­nes, etc )
  • Desi­re to work in an agi­le start-up envi­ron­ment with flat hier­ar­chies
  • Exci­ted by a pro­duct that can acce­le­ra­te the heat tran­si­ti­on
  • Inde­pen­dent and struc­tu­red way of working
  • Enjoy tin­ke­ring, test­ing and tack­ling things in a team
  • Good, oral com­mand of Ger­man
  • Also desi­ra­ble:
  • - Expe­ri­ence in pro­to­ty­pe con­s­truc­tion or in set­ting up test faci­li­ties or expe­ri­ence­in assem­bly and com­mis­sio­ning
  • - Inte­rest in CAD design in Solid­Works (not a must, but a plus)
