Pro­duct Owner (all) ‑Azu­re DevOps/Agile/JIRA%

Pro­ject: To sup­port the deli­very of a new in-house data manage­ment solu­ti­on, we are loo­king for an expe­ri­en­ced Pro­duct Owner (KS). The solu­ti­on is being deve­lo­ped to replace lega­cy too­ling and will requi­re clo­se coor­di­na­ti­on with stake­hol­ders and tech­ni­cal teams. This is a remo­te or hybrid con­tract (Euro­pe-based), with occa­sio­nal tra­vel to Switz­er­land or Spain on sche­du­led demand.

Tasks:

  • Defi­ne and main­tain the pro­duct road­map and back­log
  • Col­la­bo­ra­te with stake­hol­ders to gather requi­re­ments and trans­la­te them into user sto­ries
  • Work clo­se­ly with deve­lo­p­ment teams to ensu­re time­ly deli­very of fea­tures
  • Mana­ge depen­den­ci­es with other Pro­duct teams across the orga­ni­sa­ti­on
  • Ali­gn pro­duct visi­on and updates with seni­or stake­hol­ders
  • Sup­port solu­ti­on launch and coor­di­na­te roll-out to users and tech­ni­cal teams

Requi­red Skills & Expe­ri­ence:

  • Pro­ven expe­ri­ence as a Pro­duct Owner
  • Strong under­stan­ding of Agi­le metho­do­lo­gies (e.g. Scrum or Kan­ban)
  • Abili­ty to trans­la­te busi­ness needs into actionable pro­duct requi­re­ments
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and stake­hol­der manage­ment skills
  • Fami­lia­ri­ty with tools like JIRA, Azu­re DevOps, Con­fluence, Mural
  • Know­ledge of ener­gy tra­ding is a plus
  • Flu­ent Eng­lish both writ­ten and spo­ken
  • Ger­man or Spa­nish nice to have
