Your chall­enge

  • Pro­vi­de lea­der­ship for a diver­se, mul­ti-func­tion­al glo­bal team of inter­nal con­sul­tants and exter­nal part­ners, set­ting direc­tion across SAP P2P-rela­ted modu­les

  • Col­la­bo­ra­te with the Glo­bal Head of SAP, Glo­bal SAP Pro­cess Owners, and regio­nal busi­ness teams to plan and exe­cu­te SAP P2P initia­ti­ves in line with pro­ject time­lines and objec­ti­ves

  • Mana­ge SAP S/4HANA and rela­ted appli­ca­ti­ons, focu­sing on day-to-day ope­ra­ti­ons in Plan-to-Pro­duct and Pro­cu­re-to-Pay

  • Levera­ge your deep SAP exper­ti­se to bring new inno­va­tions to life, dri­ving con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment and sys­tem opti­miza­ti­on

  • Part­ner clo­se­ly with busi­ness stake­hol­ders to deli­ver mea­sura­ble value ali­gned with their needs, trans­la­ting oppor­tu­ni­ties into tan­gi­ble results

  • Ensu­re com­pli­ance with secu­ri­ty stan­dards, archi­tec­tu­ral requi­re­ments, and SAP tem­p­la­te gui­de­lines across all sys­tems and ser­vices

Your qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons

  • A Bache­lor s or Mas­ter s degree in Com­pu­ter Sci­ence, Busi­ness, or a rela­ted field

  • Team lea­der­ship expe­ri­ence in SAP envi­ron­ments, inclu­ding mana­ging teams and pro­jects on a glo­bal sca­le

  • 10+ years of hands-on expe­ri­ence with SAP in a manu­fac­tu­ring set­ting, par­ti­cu­lar­ly with SAP S/4HANA and rela­ted satel­li­tes

  • In-depth under­stan­ding of end-to-end Pro­duc­tion and Pro­cu­re­ment pro­ces­ses, along with inte­gra­ti­on into other busi­ness are­as

  • Tech­ni­cal SAP exper­ti­se with a solid grasp of the SAP eco­sys­tem, archi­tec­tu­re, and stra­tegy

  • Strong lea­der­ship capa­bi­li­ties to inspi­re and gui­de a glo­bal, mul­ti­di­sci­pli­na­ry team, and tack­le com­plex pro­cess chal­lenges

  • Excel­lent col­la­bo­ra­ti­on and com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills to work clo­se­ly with busi­ness coun­ter­parts, dri­ving inno­va­ti­ve solu­ti­ons

  • A proac­ti­ve mind­set, always loo­king to iden­ti­fy are­as for impro­ve­ment and owning their exe­cu­ti­on to deli­ver suc­cess

  • Know­ledge of MES sys­tems and Vari­ant Con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on is high­ly bene­fi­ci­al

  • Wil­ling­ness to tra­vel up to%

  • Fluen­cy in Eng­lish, Ger­man is a strong advan­ta­ge
