As a mem­ber of the Mam­mut Mar­ket­place team, you will be part of dri­ving growth for our online mar­ket­places busi­nesses in Euro­pe. You will sup­port mana­ging day-to-day mar­ket­place com­mer­cial ope­ra­ti­ons rela­ted to artic­le onboar­ding, cata­lo­gue trou­ble­shoo­ting, con­tent opti­miza­ti­on, ana­ly­tics & moni­to­ring and sup­port­ing dif­fe­rent mar­ket­place tra­ding initia­ti­ves to maxi­mi­ze reve­nue oppor­tu­ni­ties.

Do what you love

  • Mana­ge artic­le onboar­ding on all DTC mar­ket­places. Ensu­re all man­da­to­ry assets are available in time for launch dates, mana­ge & moni­tor onboar­ding pro­gress, trou­ble­shoot issues.
  • Mana­ge item data, con­tent & IDQ (item data qua­li­ty) on DTC mar­ket­places.
  • Upload & opti­mi­ze pro­duct pho­to­gra­phy and vide­os on pro­duct detail pages.
  • Sup­port com­mer­cial plan exe­cu­ti­on across all mar­ket­places incl. cam­paign exe­cu­ti­on sup­port, con­tent manage­ment, coor­di­na­ting pro­mo­ti­ons etc.
  • Sup­port with various ana­ly­ti­cal tasks under­stan­ding assort­ment per­for­mance, busi­ness trends, proac­tively flag­ging risks and oppor­tu­ni­ties to opti­mi­ze our busi­ness per­for­mance across various mar­ket­places.
  • Moni­tor the mar­ket­place plat­forms dai­ly run­ning store-checks, iden­ti­fy­ing issues or opti­miza­ti­on oppor­tu­ni­ties and fixing issues should they ari­se.

Play to your strengths

  • Com­ple­ted or almost finis­hed stu­dies (Bachelor/Master) in Busi­ness / Eco­no­mics or simi­lar stu­dies. Digi­tal / e‑commerce rela­ted stu­dies are a plus.
  • Good under­stan­ding of the online mar­ket­place land­scape and basic know­ledge of key dri­vers impac­ting over­all con­su­mer shop­ping expe­ri­ence
  • Strong know­ledge in MS-Office (Word, Power Point, Teams etc.) — Power BI and Atlas­si­an are a plus
  • Advan­ced Excel and ana­ly­ti­cal skills, with abili­ty to ana­ly­se lar­ge data sets from mul­ti­ple sources to dri­ve infor­med busi­ness decis­i­ons
  • Expe­ri­ence working with mar­ket­place or e‑commerce backend plat­forms is a plus
  • Team­play­er with a high­ly orga­ni­zed and struc­tu­red way of working, natu­ral pro­blem sol­ver with solu­ti­on-ori­en­ted, cus­to­mer cen­tric & data dri­ven mind­set
  • Flu­ent in Eng­lish, Ger­man is desi­ra­ble
  • Gre­at writ­ten and ver­bal com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills and abili­ty to col­la­bo­ra­te in a mul­ti-stake­hol­der orga­niza­ti­on.
