The Opti­ma machi­nery Switz­er­land AG ope­ra­tes in Sales and Ser­vice for machi­ne solu­ti­ons in the phar­maceu­ti­cal and bio­tech, dia­gno­stics, hygie­ne, health­ca­re, food, cos­me­tics and che­mi­cal indus­tries.

  • Install and main­tain high-qua­li­ty indus­tri­al fil­ling and pack­a­ging machi­nes impor­ted from Ger­ma­ny at cus­to­mer sites in the UK, ensu­ring instal­la­ti­on and com­mis­sio­ning meet manu­fac­tu­rer spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons.
  • Ope­ra­te and trou­ble­shoot machi­nery to dia­gno­se mal­func­tions, con­sul­ting the supplier’s tech­ni­cal help desk via pho­ne or online, and resol­ving issues as neces­sa­ry.
  • Per­form regu­lar main­ten­an­ce on deli­ver­ed machi­nes, pro­vi­ding sup­port and com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on with cus­to­mers’ fac­to­ry engi­neers and machi­ne ope­ra­tors.
  • Pro­po­se requi­red main­ten­an­ce ser­vices and spa­re parts to cus­to­mers to ensu­re opti­mal machi­ne per­for­mance.
  • Stu­dy and review machi­ne manu­als and spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons, deli­ve­ring trai­ning to cus­to­mers, engi­neers, and other inte­res­ted par­ties to ensu­re under­stan­ding.
  • Mecha­ni­cal or elec­tri­cal gra­de or diplo­ma or Mecha­tro­ni­cal & Elec­tri­cial Tech­ni­ci­an; alter­na­tively Tech­ni­cal appre­ti­ce­ship / trai­ning
  • Abili­ty to work and read tech­ni­cal dra­wings
  • Min. 2 years expe­ri­ence with spe­cial machi­nery
  • Assem­bly of mecha­ni­cal com­pon­ents
  • Com­mis­sio­ning of phar­ma or simi­lar machi­nery
