Your Tasks
Lead and mentor cross-functional systems engineering projects from concept to certification, with a focus on resolving electrical challenges
Support and guide investigations into electrical issues, and design or modify electromechanical systems for aircraft applications
Provide technical leadership to mechanical-focused system engineers in understanding and integrating electrical components and systems
Coordinate technical and program aspects with external suppliers
Define and support ground/flight test requirements
Ensure compliance with FAR/EASA-CS 23 certification standards
With this you convince us
University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, plus 5+ years of experience in aerospace electromechanical system development and certification
Strong expertise in actuator or motor control electronics, complex hardware design, and advanced troubleshooting
Proven experience with RTCA DO-254 and airborne electronic hardware certification processes
Solid knowledge of CS/FAR Part 23, DO-160, DO-178C, ARP4754A and ARP4761
Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level), German is a plus
Strong project and supplier management capabilities with an analytical, collaborative and self-driven working style
