Your Tasks

  • Lead and men­tor cross-func­tion­al sys­tems engi­nee­ring pro­jects from con­cept to cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on, with a focus on resol­ving elec­tri­cal chal­lenges
  • Sup­port and gui­de inves­ti­ga­ti­ons into elec­tri­cal issues, and design or modi­fy elec­tro­me­cha­ni­cal sys­tems for air­craft appli­ca­ti­ons
  • Pro­vi­de tech­ni­cal lea­der­ship to mecha­ni­cal-focu­sed sys­tem engi­neers in under­stan­ding and inte­gra­ting elec­tri­cal com­pon­ents and sys­tems
  • Coor­di­na­te tech­ni­cal and pro­gram aspects with exter­nal sup­pli­ers
  • Defi­ne and sup­port ground/flight test requi­re­ments
  • Ensu­re com­pli­ance with FAR/E­A­SA-CS 23 cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on stan­dards
  • With this you con­vin­ce us

  • Uni­ver­si­ty degree in Mecha­tro­nics, Elec­tri­cal or Elec­tro­nic Engi­nee­ring, plus 5+ years of expe­ri­ence in aero­space elec­tro­me­cha­ni­cal sys­tem deve­lo­p­ment and cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on
  • Strong exper­ti­se in actua­tor or motor con­trol elec­tro­nics, com­plex hard­ware design, and advan­ced trou­ble­shoo­ting
  • Pro­ven expe­ri­ence with RTCA DO-254 and air­bor­ne elec­tro­nic hard­ware cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on pro­ces­ses
  • Solid know­ledge of CS/FAR Part 23, DO-160, DO-178C, ARP4754A and ARP4761
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills in Eng­lish (C2 level), Ger­man is a plus
  • Strong pro­ject and sup­pli­er manage­ment capa­bi­li­ties with an ana­ly­ti­cal, col­la­bo­ra­ti­ve and self-dri­ven working style
