Your Respon­si­bi­li­ties on the Client’s Team:

  • Plan, imple­ment, and eva­lua­te the com­pre­hen­si­ve nur­sing care of pati­ents in the reha­bi­li­ta­ti­on pro­cess.

  • Per­form deman­ding acu­te and rou­ti­ne medi­cal-tech­ni­cal nur­sing tasks.

  • Work col­la­bo­ra­tively within an inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry team (phy­sio­the­ra­pists, doc­tors, occu­pa­tio­nal the­ra­pists).

  • Docu­ment the care pro­cess accu­ra­te­ly and pro­fes­sio­nal­ly.

  • Pro­vi­de pati­ent edu­ca­ti­on and gui­dance to pati­ents and their fami­lies, fos­te­ring inde­pen­dence.

Qua­li­fi­ka­tio­nen

What You Bring to the Role:

  • A suc­cessful­ly com­ple­ted voca­tio­nal or aca­de­mic degree (mini­mum 3 years) as a Regis­tered Nur­se or equi­va­lent.

  • Pri­or pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in acu­te care or a hos­pi­tal set­ting is essen­ti­al.

  • Expe­ri­ence in neu­ro­lo­gy or reha­bi­li­ta­ti­on is high­ly advan­ta­ge­ous.

  • You hold Swiss or EU/EFTA citi­zen­ship, and your nur­sing qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on is reco­gni­zed in Switz­er­land or ori­gi­na­ted from an EU/EFTA coun­try (SRK reco­gni­ti­on pen­ding or com­ple­ted).

  • Big plus if you alre­a­dy speak Ger­man and Eng­lish

  • We pro­vi­de full sup­port for achie­ving the requi­red B2 Ger­man lan­guage level and mana­ging the enti­re Swiss Red Cross (SRK) reco­gni­ti­on pro­cess, even if you haven’t star­ted yet.
