Our KPMG Digi­tal Trans­for­ma­ti­on team sup­ports orga­niza­ti­ons throug­hout their enti­re IT trans­for­ma­ti­on jour­ney — from deve­lo­ping future-rea­dy stra­te­gies and sel­ec­ting the right tech­no­lo­gies and part­ners to sha­ping modern IT orga­niza­ti­ons and imple­men­ting inno­va­ti­ve Cloud, AI and digi­tal solu­ti­ons. We help our cli­ents harness the power of tech­no­lo­gy to dri­ve inno­va­ti­on, enhan­ce cus­to­mer expe­ri­en­ces, and unlock new busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties in an incre­asing­ly digi­tal world.
Your con­tri­bu­ti­on to KPMG

  • Advi­se KPMG cli­ents on digi­tal tech­no­lo­gy, IT and digi­tal stra­tegy, tech­no­lo­gy trans­for­ma­ti­on and sourcing, AI, and pro­cess auto­ma­ti­on and digi­ta­liza­ti­on
  • Defi­ne stra­tegy con­cepts around IT Stra­te­gies, Digi­tal Trans­for­ma­ti­on, IT Gover­nan­ce and IT Ope­ra­ting Model, etc.
  • Sup­port pro­ject set­up and exe­cu­ti­on
  • Help in the crea­ti­on and exten­si­on of our KPMG solu­ti­ons around Digi­tal Trans­for­ma­ti­on
  • Sup­port in busi­ness deve­lo­p­ment acti­vi­ties
  • Bene­fit from the oppor­tu­ni­ty to par­ti­ci­pa­te in pro­ject-rela­ted work in ano­ther Manage­ment Con­sul­ting Team

This is what makes you suc­cessful

  • Master’s degree in Busi­ness, Infor­ma­ti­on Tech­no­lo­gy, Com­pu­ter Sci­ence, Busi­ness Inno­va­ti­on or simi­lar
  • First expe­ri­ence in Trans­for­ma­ti­on and/or Digi­tal Tech­no­lo­gy or in a com­pa­ra­ble envi­ron­ment is pre­fer­red
  • A keen inte­rest and know­ledge of digi­tal trends and tech­no­lo­gies, com­bi­ned with the desi­re to learn and adapt to emer­ging tech
  • Expe­ri­ence in pro­ject manage­ment rela­ted to for exam­p­le design of a new IT orga­niza­ti­on is a plus
  • Team­work, good pro­ject and cli­ent manage­ment skills as well as excel­lent ver­bal and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
  • Fluen­cy in Ger­man and Eng­lish, French is an advan­ta­ge
  • Wil­ling­ness to tra­vel
