Intro­duc­tion

  • Com­pli­ance with hotel-spe­ci­fic stan­dards and qua­li­ty manage­ment
  • Dai­ly detail­ed inspec­tion of sui­tes and rooms on the assi­gned flo­ors
  • Intro­duc­tion and trai­ning of employees regar­ding stan­dards, tho­rough cle­an­li­ne­ss and work pro­ces­ses
  • Super­vi­si­on and con­trol of house­kee­ping staff
  • Manage­ment of the dai­ly turn-down ser­vice (cou­ver­tu­re)
  • Allo­ca­ti­on of amen­i­ties on the flo­ors
  • Allo­ca­ti­on of clea­ning and work equip­ment for all employees
  • Acting as a role model for sub­or­di­na­te employees
