For a pri­va­te invest­ment and busi­ness manage­ment struc­tu­re, we are loo­king for an IT Mana­ger to lead and deve­lop the X eco­sys­tem. Respon­si­bi­li­ties: In direct cont­act with manage­ment and busi­ness teams, your mis­si­on will be to ensu­re the per­for­mance, secu­ri­ty, and evo­lu­ti­on of the X sys­tem, which will include: Mana­ging the evo­lu­ti­on and Micro­soft Dyna­mics 365 Deve­lo­ping solu­ti­ons using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Auto­ma­te. Over­see­ing test­ing pha­ses and inci­dent reso­lu­ti­on. Main­tai­ning the tech­ni­cal aspects and sup­port for mana­ging and evol­ving the IT infra­struc­tu­re (sys­tems, net­works, equip­ment). Con­tri­bu­ting to the estab­lish­ment of IT poli­ci­es and secu­ri­ty stan­dards. Trai­ning and sup­port­ing busi­ness units and tech­ni­cal part­ners. Super­vi­sing the over­all per­for­mance of the X sys­tem with an IT team. Desi­red pro­fi­le: Hig­her edu­ca­ti­on in IT with pro­ven exper­ti­se in Micro­soft Dyna­mics 365. Expe­ri­ence or inte­rest in the X eco­sys­tem Micro­soft Dyna­mics is a plus. Flu­ent in Eng­lish and French, Ger­man is a plus. Per­so­nal qua­li­ties: Entre­pre­neu­ri­al spi­rit and sen­se of respon­si­bi­li­ty. Auto­no­my and proac­ti­vi­ty. Good com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and abili­ty to col­la­bo­ra­te with various stake­hol­ders. Abili­ty to thri­ve in a dyna­mic envi­ron­ment. Bene­fits: Human-sized, agi­le, and gro­wing struc­tu­re.
