For one of our pres­ti­gious cli­ents, we are loo­king for a Watch­ma­king Design Pro­ject Mana­ger / Con­s­truc­tor (M/F). Your mis­si­on: You will be respon­si­ble for mana­ging the pro­jects assi­gned to you through all pro­ject pha­ses (Pre-stu­dy, design, deve­lo­p­ment, clo­sure) and ensu­ring the achie­ve­ment of objec­ti­ves in QCD (Qua­li­ty, cost, dead­lines). • Initia­te the pro­ject by estab­li­shing the road­map, plan­ning, mile­sto­nes, resour­ces, and bud­get. • Crea­te tech­ni­cal docu­men­ta­ti­on for the pre-sales pha­se and cal­cu­la­te cos­ts. • Par­ti­ci­pa­te in the design of pro­ducts and com­po­si­te pro­ces­ses, as well as the crea­ti­on of cli­ent plans and 3D models. • Col­la­bo­ra­te with the Busi­ness Unit Mana­ger for pre-stu­dies and pre­pa­ra­ti­on of cli­ent offers. • Ensu­re the pre­cise defi­ni­ti­on of cli­ent requi­re­ments. • Mana­ge and ensu­re chan­ge manage­ment with the cli­ent and intern­al­ly. • Moni­tor pro­ject deve­lo­p­ment by che­cking deliverables/objectives, com­pli­ance with requi­re­ments, sche­du­le, and bud­get. • Lead pro­ject manage­ment ritu­als (cli­ent review and mile­sto­nes, SFM). • Par­ti­ci­pa­te in tech­ni­cal reviews for defi­ning parts and tools, test­ing, and con­tri­bu­te to the con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment of pro­ces­ses and com­pa­ny stan­dards. • Exe­cu­te and coor­di­na­te test­ing plans, typi­cal parts (client/partners). • Wri­te technical/project docu­ments (spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons, mee­ting minu­tes, etc.). • Col­la­bo­ra­te intern­al­ly on new pro­ducts. • Par­ti­ci­pa­te in pro­fi­le moni­to­ring. • Hol­der of an engi­nee­ring degree in mecha­nics or suc­cessful expe­ri­ence as a watch­ma­king pro­ject mana­ger in design. • Mas­tery of pro­ject manage­ment; good know­ledge of indus­tri­al pro­duc­tion manage­ment. • Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in Office tools, CAD/CAE (ide­al­ly Sie­mens NX), and Lean Manage­ment. • Know­ledge of ISO stan­dards; NIHS and RJC (an asset).
