We are loo­king for a Cloud Inte­gra­ti­on & AI Engi­neer (SAP Azu­re GenAI).
We are open to both recent­ly gra­dua­ted talent with genui­ne hands-on SAP and AI expe­ri­ence and expe­ri­en­ced deve­lo­pers who want to work on some­thing more ambi­tious than clas­sic inte­gra­ti­on pro­jects.
You will deve­lop modern, sca­lable appli­ca­ti­ons and APIs that con­nect our SAP BTP & Cloud Inte­gra­ti­on land­scape with cloud ser­vices, dri­ve auto­ma­ti­on, and bring AI/ML capa­bi­li­ties into our enter­pri­se pro­ces­ses. The posi­ti­on is based in Aar­burg, Switz­er­land and requi­res regu­lar on-site pre­sence.
Your respon­si­bi­li­ties
Design and build CPI iFlows, OData/REST APIs, and event-dri­ven inte­gra­ti­ons on SAP BTP
Imple­ment Fio­ri Ele­ments appli­ca­ti­ons using SAPUI5, RAP, CAP and CDS Views
Con­nect Azu­re AI Foundry to SAP S/4HANA via SAP API Manage­ment
Build FastMCP ser­vers and agen­tic AI pipe­lines that read SAP data and gene­ra­te actionable recom­men­da­ti­ons
Con­tri­bu­te to Azu­re Dat­ab­ricks data pipe­lines and ML deploy­ment (nice to have — we’ll teach you)
Work Clean Core: no dir­ty modi­fi­ca­ti­ons, only appro­ved exten­si­on points and side-by-side exten­si­ons
Own your code: CI/CD, auto­ma­ted tests, docu­men­ta­ti­on — the full stack
Real AI sys­tems — not demos. We deploy GenAI into pro­duc­tion SAP work­flows.
MCP ser­vers con­nec­ting Azu­re Ope­nAI to SAP via ODa­ta and cus­tom iFlows.
Copi­lot Stu­dio agents in Micro­soft Teams that trig­ger BAPI wri­te-backs through SAP CPI.
Your skill­set
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Com­pu­ter Sci­ence, Busi­ness Infor­ma­tics, or equi­va­lent
Hands-on expe­ri­ence with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or SAP Fio­ri / SAPUI5 — inclu­ding uni­ver­si­ty pro­jects, side pro­jects, or SAP BTP tri­al accounts
Solid under­stan­ding of REST/OData APIs and JSON, with the abili­ty to read and debug API pay­loads
Fami­lia­ri­ty with or JavaScript/TypeScript — you wri­te code, not just con­fi­gu­ra­ti­ons
Genui­ne curio­si­ty about AI, such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engi­nee­ring, or agent frame­works
Flu­ent Eng­lish; Ger­man is a strong plus
Nice to have:
Azu­re AI Foundry / Azu­re Ope­nAI hands-on expe­ri­ence
Copi­lot Stu­dio, Power Auto­ma­te, or Micro­soft Teams inte­gra­ti­on
Azu­re Dat­ab­ricks, Del­ta Lake, Spark
