We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. A meaningful role as a senior developer in our team in the trade management technology area in Zurich The opportunity to participate and shape the FX trade management technology stack A dynamic environment driving towards "lean" processes The mandate for open source product management A welcoming team of experienced software developers to work and collaborate with as well as a management with a focus on agility and lean processes A commitment to evolve into the trade management platform of the future based on technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Springboot, and MongoDB Being part of a forward-thinking team that takes ownership for the end-to-end delivery of value to multiple partners in a global business Space to learn about FX trading and processing Close cooperation with various functions across the bank: Sales, Trading and Execution desks, Product Management, Compliance, Legal, Group Tax, Operations, IT and external providers Room to develop, test new ideas and make an impact A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or any related fields At least 5 years of work experience in the banking / financial industry preferably in OTC derivatives Programming experience in Java, and ideally a functional language such as Scala, F# or LISP Experience with SCRUM or a similar agile methodology as well as with test driven development, especially Cucumber Knowledge and interest in modern software design principles like Domain Driven Design The ability to decompose functional requirements into smaller stackable processes and components Outstanding analytical, conceptual and technical skills combined with result orientation and problem solving capability A sense of software quality and maintainability Ability to work effectively with challenging deadlines Besides having an open, flexible and team oriented attitude you show perseverance and an independent working style Proficiency in English
