You will join the GQS team in the Glo­bal Qua­li­ty divi­si­on con­sis­ting of 10 high­ly qua­li­fied and dedi­ca­ted employees loca­ted across our sites in Den­mark, Bern, Munich — you can be situa­ted in any of the­se count­ries and will report to the mana­ger for QMS in Den­mark. The posi­ti­on is tem­po­ra­ry until the 31st of Decem­ber

The team owns most of the glo­bal qua­li­ty pro­ces­ses and the IT sys­tem, Veeva Qua­li­ty, that sup­ports them. We main­tain Veeva Qua­li­ty and asso­cia­ted pro­ce­du­res in clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the glo­bal Sub­ject Mat­ter Expert (SME) stake­hol­ders across the com­pa­ny, by pro­ces­sing impro­ve­ment requests, deve­lo­ping trai­ning mate­ri­al and defi­ning and moni­to­ring qua­li­ty KPIs in sup­port of the quar­ter­ly manage­ment reviews.

As a QMS Busi­ness Ana­lyst, you will assist the pro­cess mana­gers in the team with imple­men­ting impro­ve­ments to the Devia­ti­on, CAPAs, Chan­ge Con­trol, Qua­li­ty Risk Manage­ment and other glo­bal qua­li­ty pro­ces­ses. This includes spe­ci­fy­ing, desig­ning and test­ing the chan­ges impac­ting our Veeva Qua­li­ty QMS.

You will work clo­se­ly tog­e­ther with the other GQS team mem­bers, to give input to the many and some­ti­mes chal­len­ging chan­ge requests to ensu­re that we con­ti­nuous­ly pro­vi­de value adding impro­ve­ments to the qua­li­ty sys­tem. You may have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to run your own glo­bal qua­li­ty impro­ve­ment pro­ject.

Your tasks:

  • Col­la­bo­ra­te with core SMEs and super users to agree on impro­ve­ments
  • Write/maintain Poli­ci­es, SOPs and work Ins­truc­tions
  • Deve­lop trai­ning mate­ri­al and train qua­li­fied trai­ners
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­te in the Chan­ge Advi­so­ry Board for Veeva Qua­li­ty
  • Defi­ne and assist in test/validation of chan­ges to Veeva Qua­li­ty

Are you our next pio­neer?

To suc­ceed in this role you will need:

  • A bache­lor or hig­her degree in phar­ma­cy, bio­che­mis­try, engi­nee­ring or other natu­ral sci­en­ces degrees
  • +1 years of expe­ri­ence in qua­li­ty assu­rance ope­ra­ti­ons working with e.g. devia­ti­ons, chan­ge con­trols and CAPAs
  • Good IT skills incl. working with MS office appli­ca­ti­ons
  • Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in Eng­lish

It is an advan­ta­ge, if you have expe­ri­ence working with Veeva Qua­li­ty QMS or other IT qua­li­ty sys­tems.

To suc­ceed in this role, you must have excel­lent stake­hol­der manage­ment skills, thri­ve to work clo­se­ly with other team mem­bers at a distance and be good at orga­ni­zing your work to meet cri­ti­cal dead­lines. Ide­al­ly you are a fast lear­ner and a have good ana­ly­ti­cal skills with an eye for details.
