For our cli­ent, an inter­na­tio­nal com­pa­ny based in Tur­gi (AG), we are loo­king for a Pro­ject Docu­men­ta­ti­on Mana­ger (f/m/d).

Gene­ral Infor­ma­ti­on:

  • Dura­ti­on: 7 months

  • Remote/Home Office: 100% remo­te pos­si­ble

  • Note: Can­di­da­tes must be living and working in Switz­er­land

  • Tasks & Respon­si­bi­li­ties:

  • Admi­nis­tra­ti­on and veri­fi­ca­ti­on of pro­ject docu­men­ta­ti­on, pri­ma­ri­ly rela­ted to tech­ni­cal con­tent, within docu­ment manage­ment sys­tems

  • Review of docu­ments accor­ding to defi­ned requi­re­ments and coor­di­na­ti­on with the respon­si­ble engi­nee­ring teams

  • Manage­ment of docu­men­ta­ti­on deli­ver­a­bles throug­hout pro­ject pha­ses

  • Esti­ma­ti­on and fol­low-up of docu­men­ta­ti­on-rela­ted cos­ts and risks in line with pro­ject and com­pa­ny docu­men­ta­ti­on requi­re­ments

  • Main cont­act for docu­men­ta­ti­on mat­ters intern­al­ly, with cus­to­mers, and with other stake­hol­ders

  • Defi­ni­ti­on and coor­di­na­ti­on of docu­men­ta­ti­on requi­re­ments with ven­dors

  • Con­ti­nuous moni­to­ring and track­ing of docu­men­ta­ti­on deli­very, clear report­ing, and regu­lar stake­hol­der com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on

  • Sto­rage and sub­mis­si­on of pro­ject docu­men­ta­ti­on depen­ding on the pro­ject pha­se

  • Inde­pen­dent crea­ti­on and revi­si­on of cus­to­mer docu­men­ta­ti­on such as user manu­als, main­ten­an­ce logs, etc.

  • Coor­di­na­ti­on of tech­ni­cal input gathe­ring with assi­gned pro­ject engi­neers, based on tem­pla­tes

  • Plan­ning and qua­li­ty assu­rance of docu­men­ta­ti­on deli­very accor­ding to defi­ned com­ple­ti­on dates

  • Inde­pen­dent editing of docu­ments in MS Word and ensu­ring qua­li­ty stan­dards

  • Adapt­a­ti­on of con­tent to pro­ject-spe­ci­fic requi­re­ments in coor­di­na­ti­on with the pro­ject team

  • Qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons:

  • More than 3 years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in a rele­vant field with pro­ven lea­der­ship or pro­ject manage­ment skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or hig­her is an advan­ta­ge

  • Expe­ri­ence in working within digi­tal envi­ron­ments; pri­or expe­ri­ence with docu­ment manage­ment sys­tems or data­ba­se tools is bene­fi­ci­al

  • Demons­tra­ted com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills are an advan­ta­ge

  • Tech­ni­cal back­ground, pre­fer­a­b­ly in the field of power grids and grid com­pon­ents

  • Expe­ri­ence as a tech­ni­cal wri­ter and in the crea­ti­on of user manu­als

  • Fluen­cy in Ger­man is requi­red

  • Fluen­cy in Eng­lish is requi­red; addi­tio­nal local lan­guage skills are an advan­ta­ge
