About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Housekeeping Department in Zurich, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of room attendants and the maintenance of high-quality room standards on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Supervisor reports to the Housekeeping Manager and Executive Housekeeper.

THE ROLE
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Representing the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in their absence

Allocation and coordination of teams in early and late shifts

Inventory support
-
Project and administrative tasks management
-
Independent organization of a smooth process of your shift

Supporting, training and coaching the Housekeeping team
-
Checking rooms and public areas
-
Compliance with all hygiene and Mandarin Oriental quality standards

Coordination of additional tasks on the floor

Noting guest preferences to anticipate needs and satisfying guest requirements in Housekeeping to offer a memorable guest experience

Handling guest complaints, from taking to solving
