You will be at the heart of the orde­ring and deli­very pro­cess, ensu­ring that every watch or acces­so­ry sent to our cli­ents per­fect­ly reflects qua­li­ty and excel­lence. You will evol­ve in a dyna­mic envi­ron­ment, whe­re know-how, digi­tal tools, team­work, and qua­li­ty requi­re­ments meet. Your main tasks: Regar­ding Wat­ches:- Per­form phy­si­cal goods ent­ries and orders- Con­trol of wat­ches with the help of SAP- Fil­ling out and mana­ging war­ran­ty cards- Prin­ting thank you cards and docu­ments- Pack­a­ging gifts to be included with orders- Adjus­ting metal brace­lets to size- Orde­ring and mana­ging stock of addi­tio­nal links for metal brace­lets and con­su­ma­bles- Set­ting the time and che­cking the pla­s­tic wat­ches and clea­ning the watch- Pla­cing wat­ches in their respec­ti­ve cases- Wrap­ping cases in gift paper- Pack­ing for spe­ci­fic ship­ping- Labe­l­ing packa­ges and adding deli­very notes­Re­gar­ding Lea­ther Straps:- Assembling clasps- Cus­tom embos­sing­Pro­fi­le:- Expe­ri­ence in the watch­ma­king sec­tor or equi­va­lent (AFP in watch­ma­king, T2/T3/or in qua­li­ty)- First pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in a simi­lar posi­ti­onPro­fes­sio­nal Requi­re­ments:- Good know­ledge of SAP is desi­red, SAP EWM- Com­for­ta­ble with digi­tal work tools (SAP, mobi­le scan­ners)- Fle­xi­bi­li­ty regar­ding new pro­ces­ses in the field of dexterityLanguages:We recom­mend the fol­lo­wing lan­guage skills:- Ger­man or Swiss-Ger­man or French with a very good know­ledge of the other, Eng­lish is an addi­tio­nal asset.Company address:The Group Ser­vices LtdLäng­feld­weg 119CH — Biel BienneContact:Aline Huguen­in jid059fa7baen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
