Intro­duc­tion

  • Per­form essen­ti­al house­kee­ping duties, inclu­ding clea­ning rooms, hand­ling laun­dry, and mana­ging guest items
  • Fol­low detail­ed ins­truc­tions and gui­de­lines to uphold our high stan­dards of cle­an­li­ne­ss and ser­vice
  • Com­mu­ni­ca­te pro­fes­sio­nal­ly with guests and col­le­agues, ensu­ring a respectful and effi­ci­ent envi­ron­ment
  • Main­tain excel­lent groo­ming, per­so­nal pre­sen­ta­ti­on, and work atti­re at all times
  • Demons­tra­te punc­tua­li­ty, fle­xi­bi­li­ty, and strong time manage­ment skills, adap­ting to the fast-paced work envi­ron­ment
  • Split shifts may occur depen­ding on sche­du­ling; over­ti­me is likely during the high sea­son
  • A strong work ethic and high level of com­mit­ment are essen­ti­al for suc­cess in this role
  • Learn and grow through hands-on expe­ri­ence, with oppor­tu­ni­ties for advance­ment in future sea­sons

Key Respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Care­er Growth Oppor­tu­ni­ties: Inter­nal exams after 12–16 weeks to spe­cia­li­ze in posi­ti­ons such as Room Atten­dant, Laun­dry Atten­dant, and more
  • Ongo­ing Deve­lo­p­ment: Con­ti­nuous trai­ning, feed­back, and care­er advance­ment through the Alpi­na House­kee­ping Trai­ning Aca­de­my
  • Working Hours: 43.5h/ week; Shifts include ear­ly mor­nings and nights, with over­ti­me as requi­red
  • Fair Com­pen­sa­ti­on: A time manage­ment sys­tem ensu­res accu­ra­te pay­ment for over­ti­me and unu­sed vaca­ti­on days
  • Accom­mo­da­ti­on and Meals: Simp­le accom­mo­da­ti­ons in the regi­on and three meals a day (deduc­tion appli­es)

About the posi­ti­on

  • Must speak and under­stand Eng­lish to com­mu­ni­ca­te effec­tively with guests and col­le­agues
  • Pre­vious team expe­ri­ence in a fast-paced envi­ron­ment is pre­fer­red
  • Self-moti­va­ted, respon­si­ble, and fle­xi­ble with a strong work ethic
  • Abili­ty to fol­low ins­truc­tions pre­cis­e­ly and main­tain atten­ti­on to detail, ensu­ring high stan­dards of ser­vice
  • Rea­dy to work split shifts and hand­le over­ti­me during the high sea­son
  • Adap­ta­ble to a phy­si­cal­ly deman­ding role, demons­t­ra­ting dedi­ca­ti­on and com­mit­ment
