Join Fran­ke Cof­fee Sys­tems AG as a Busi­ness Intel­li­gence & Data Ana­ly­tics Spe­cia­list and play a key role in tur­ning data from our con­nec­ted cof­fee machi­ne eco­sys­tem into actionable busi­ness insights to enable bet­ter decis­i­on-making across pro­duct, ser­vice, and com­mer­cial func­tions. The role is pri­ma­ri­ly focu­sed on ana­ly­tics and busi­ness insights, with clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with Data Engi­nee­ring and sel­ec­ti­ve invol­vement in advan­ced ana­ly­tics topics. You will direct­ly con­tri­bu­te to incre­asing our data matu­ri­ty and sca­ling data-dri­ven decis­i­on-making across the orga­niza­ti­on.
Your respon­si­bi­li­ties
Ana­ly­tics & Busi­ness Impact
Ana­ly­ze data to gene­ra­te actionable insights on are­as such as pro­duct usa­ge, fleet per­for­mance, and ser­vice qua­li­ty
Deve­lop and main­tain KPI dash­boards and reports (e.g., Power BI)
Iden­ti­fy trends, anoma­lies, and impro­ve­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties
Data Foun­da­ti­on & Col­la­bo­ra­ti­on
Ensu­re data is relia­ble, con­sis­tent, and fit for ana­ly­sis
Sup­port data qua­li­ty rules and impro­ve data struc­tures and usa­bi­li­ty
Col­la­bo­ra­te with Data Engi­nee­ring on data avai­la­bi­li­ty and pipe­line requi­re­ments
Plat­form Evo­lu­ti­on & Ena­blem­ent
Con­tri­bu­te to sca­lable ana­ly­tics capa­bi­li­ties within our orga­niza­ti­on (e.g., Self-Ser­vice Ana­ly­tics)
App­ly sta­tis­ti­cal methods to deepen insights and sup­port advan­ced ana­ly­tics use cases whe­re rele­vant
Trans­la­te busi­ness needs into data solu­ti­ons and com­mu­ni­ca­te insights in a clear and busi­ness-rele­vant way
Your skill­set
Tech­ni­cal & Ana­ly­ti­cal Skills
Degree in Data Sci­ence, Busi­ness Ana­ly­tics, Com­pu­ter Sci­ence or simi­lar
Strong expe­ri­ence (4+ years) in data ana­ly­sis and visua­liza­ti­on (e.g., Power BI)
Solid skills in Dat­ab­ricks, Azu­re Cloud Ser­vices, Apa­che Spark, GIT, SQL , DAX and/or simi­lar, plus under­stan­ding of data mode­ling and pro­ces­sing
Solid Know­ledge of sta­tis­tics and ML models
Abili­ty to crea­te impactful, user?focused reports and visua­liza­ti­ons
Busi­ness & Metho­do­lo­gi­cal Skills
Strong busi­ness under­stan­ding and pro­blem-sol­ving mind­set
Expe­ri­ence trans­la­ting busi­ness needs into data-dri­ven insights
Struc­tu­red and ana­ly­ti­cal way of working
Fami­lia­ri­ty with Agi­le envi­ron­ments
