The Fran­ke Cyber Resi­li­ence Ser­vices is a glo­bal cor­po­ra­te func­tion aimed at streng­thening the cyber resi­li­ence of the Fran­ke Group. By joi­ning us, you will work with a tru­ly inter­na­tio­nal team, and you will be expo­sed to the latest secu­ri­ty solu­ti­ons from top notch ven­dors and mana­ged ser­vice pro­vi­ders. In our scope, we defi­ne pro­tec­tion stra­te­gies for a wide ran­ge of tech­no­lo­gies inclu­ding cloud envi­ron­ments, IoT, and auto­ma­ted Indus­try 4.0 envi­ron­ments.
We are see­king a talen­ted and tech­ni­cal­ly sav­vy indi­vi­du­al to join our glo­bal team. You will report direct­ly to the Chief Infor­ma­ti­on Secu­ri­ty Offi­cer, giving you top manage­ment visi­bi­li­ty from the very first day.
Your respon­si­bi­li­ties
- Dri­ve inci­dent iden­ti­fi­ca­ti­on and respon­se stra­te­gies based on deep tech­ni­cal exper­ti­se, in clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with our out­sour­ced Mana­ged Detec­tion and Respon­se pro­vi­der
- Defend Fran­ke against infor­ma­ti­on secu­ri­ty inci­dents by iden­ti­fy­ing, ana­ly­zing, inves­ti­ga­ting, com­mu­ni­ca­ting, and con­tai­ning com­plex inci­dents that esca­la­te to Level 2 and 3
- Ope­ra­te and con­ti­nuous­ly impro­ve the vul­nerabi­li­ty manage­ment pro­gram across IT and OT envi­ron­ments, prio­ri­tiz­ing miti­ga­ti­ons based on busi­ness risk expo­sure
- Ser­ve as the sin­gle point of cont­act for tech­ni­cal inqui­ries rela­ted to vul­nerabi­li­ties and secu­ri­ty inci­dents
- Rese­arch emer­ging thre­ats, vul­nerabi­li­ties, and attack tech­ni­ques to sup­port proac­ti­ve inci­dent detec­tion and respon­se
- Col­la­bo­ra­te with exter­nal pene­tra­ti­on tes­ters, thre­at hun­ters and con­tri­bu­te to inter­nal red team­ing efforts to assess and enhan­ce the organization’s secu­ri­ty pos­tu­re in a con­trol­led and stra­te­gic man­ner
Your skill­set
- A mini­mum of 2 year of pro­ven working expe­ri­ence in a simi­lar posi­ti­on espe­ci­al­ly on:
- A Com­pu­ter Inci­dent Respon­se Team (CIRT), Com­pu­ter Emer­gen­cy Respon­se Team (CERT), Com­pu­ter Secu­ri­ty Inci­dent Respon­se Cen­ter (CSIRC) or a Secu­ri­ty Ope­ra­ti­ons Cen­ter (SOC)
- Hand­ling vul­nerabi­li­ty manage­ment pro­gram for IT/OT assets
- Hands on expe­ri­ence with the Micro­soft Defen­der suite and Micro­soft Sen­ti­nel will be an advan­ta­ge
- Flu­ent in Eng­lish, both oral and writ­ten
- A self-star­ter able to find respon­ses to com­plex secu­ri­ty sce­na­ri­os by mixing your own expe­ri­ence and good know­ledge of the rele­vant secu­ri­ty resour­ces
