They’­re now loo­king for an expe­ri­en­ced Pro­ject Mana­ger to join their ope­ra­ti­ons team and lead the deli­very of modern, cloud-based cus­to­mer expe­ri­ence solu­ti­ons.

The Role

In this posi­ti­on, you’ll over­see the plan­ning and exe­cu­ti­on of key inte­gra­ti­on pro­jects, working direct­ly with end cus­to­mers in a mix of on-site, remo­te, and office-based set­tings.

You’ll ser­ve as the main point of cont­act throug­hout the pro­ject life­cy­cle, ensu­ring mile­sto­nes are met, stake­hol­ders stay ali­gned, and out­co­mes exceed expec­ta­ti­ons. You’ll be sup­port­ed by a skil­led team of sys­tem engi­neers and solu­ti­on archi­tects who bring deep tech­ni­cal exper­ti­se to the table.

If you’­re someone who enjoys varie­ty, respon­si­bi­li­ty, and being at the cen­ter of high-impact digi­tal pro­jects, this is an ide­al oppor­tu­ni­ty.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in com­pu­ter sci­ence, engi­nee­ring, or pro­ject manage­ment

  • 5+ years of expe­ri­ence lea­ding IT or digi­tal trans­for­ma­ti­on pro­jects (, CX, CRM, AI, or digi­tal pro­ducts)

  • Pre­vious work on cont­act cen­ter or com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on plat­form pro­jects is a big plus

  • Fami­lia­ri­ty with cloud and uni­fied com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ons tech­no­lo­gies, or a strong desi­re to learn

  • Expe­ri­ence with CRM plat­forms such as Sales­force is advan­ta­ge­ous

  • Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills and a natu­ral abili­ty to con­nect with cli­ents and inter­nal teams

  • Con­fi­dent in run­ning work­shops and mana­ging cross-func­tion­al col­la­bo­ra­ti­on

  • Excel­lent orga­niza­tio­nal habits and atten­ti­on to detail

  • Pro­ject manage­ment cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons (, PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum) requi­red; ITILv4 is a plus

  • Flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish; busi­ness French is a must
