Your Respon­si­bi­li­ties

  • Full Pro­ject Owner­ship: Lead post-sales AI solu­ti­on imple­men­ta­ti­ons from pro­of-of-con­cept to full enter­pri­se roll­out, ensu­ring per­for­mance, sca­la­bi­li­ty, and cus­to­mer suc­cess.

  • Tech­ni­cal Stra­tegy & Pro­blem Sol­ving: Defi­ne archi­tec­tu­ral best prac­ti­ces, sol­ve com­plex tech­ni­cal chal­lenges, and pro­vi­de tail­o­red solu­ti­ons ali­gned with cli­ent goals.

  • Cus­to­mer Ena­blem­ent: Deli­ver hands-on trai­ning, work­shops, and tech­ni­cal sup­port to empower cli­ents and part­ners to use the plat­form effec­tively.

  • Cross-Func­tion­al Col­la­bo­ra­ti­on: Work with inter­nal teams (sales, pro­duct, engi­nee­ring) to ensu­re smooth deli­very and con­ti­nuous pro­duct impro­ve­ment.

  • Docu­men­ta­ti­on & Sup­port: Crea­te tech­ni­cal docu­men­ta­ti­on and sup­port the reso­lu­ti­on of advan­ced inte­gra­ti­on issues to main­tain a high level of satis­fac­tion.

Your Pro­fi­le

  • At least 5 years of expe­ri­ence in tech­ni­cal con­sul­ting, solu­ti­on engi­nee­ring, or soft­ware imple­men­ta­ti­on — ide­al­ly within Con­ver­sa­tio­nal AI, SaaS, or enter­pri­se plat­forms

  • Hands-on know­ledge of tools like Cogni­gy or simi­lar Con­ver­sa­tio­nal AI plat­forms

  • Strong pro­blem-sol­ving skills with a pro­ven track record of deli­ve­ring com­plex, sca­lable tech solu­ti­ons

  • Abili­ty to bridge the gap bet­ween busi­ness needs and tech­ni­cal imple­men­ta­ti­on

  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills ” capa­ble of working with both tech­ni­cal and non-tech­ni­cal stake­hol­ders

  • Flu­ent Ger­man is a must, along with strong Eng­lish com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills (spo­ken and writ­ten)

Addi­tio­nal Skills That Would Be a Plus

  • Expe­ri­ence in crea­ting dash­boards, KPIs, or per­for­mance reports for AI solu­ti­ons

  • Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in Java­Script (Python or other lan­guages is a bonus)

  • Com­for­ta­ble with API and backend sys­tem inte­gra­ti­ons

  • Back­ground in lin­gu­i­stics, psy­cho­lo­gy, or cogni­ti­ve sci­ence for impro­ving AI inter­ac­tion qua­li­ty

  • Fami­lia­ri­ty with prompt engi­nee­ring and Lar­ge Lan­guage Models (, GPT, Clau­de)

  • Skills in HTML/CSS for front­end cus­to­miza­ti­on and inter­face impro­ve­ments

  • Pri­or invol­vement in AI-focu­sed pro­duct deve­lo­p­ment, rese­arch, or con­sul­ting
