As Mana­ger E‑Invoicing and User Access Manage­ment (m/f/d), you ensu­re the com­pli­ant, sta­ble, and effi­ci­ent ope­ra­ti­on of elec­tro­nic invoi­cing solu­ti­ons and user access manage­ment within the glo­bal Accel­le­ron ser­vice SAP S/4HANA land­scape. You lead the ser­vice net­work facing roll­out of new coun­try-spe­ci­fic e‑invoicing solu­ti­ons, act as the sub­ject mat­ter expert for invoi­cing in S/4HANA and ensu­re a har­mo­ni­zed approach to user access and test manage­ment. By working in clo­se ali­gnment with ser­vice and finan­ce pro­cess owners, appli­ca­ti­on owners, and the S/4HANA Flash Team, you con­tri­bu­te to con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment initia­ti­ves within the Order-to-Cash pro­cess and sup­port the imple­men­ta­ti­on of the glo­bal ser­vice ope­ra­ti­ons stra­tegy. In this role, you will report to the Team Lead & Ser­vice Busi­ness Pro­cess Mana­ger (S/4HANA), Glo­bal Ser­vice Ope­ra­ti­ons and be part of the S/4HANA Flash Team.

Your respon­si­bi­li­ties:

  • Act as Busi­ness Respon­si­ble and Sub­ject Mat­ter Expert for elec­tro­nic invoi­cing within the Ser­vice Order-to-Cash and Pro­cu­re-to-Pay pro­cess are­as, ensu­ring com­pli­ant and sta­ble ope­ra­ti­on within SAP S/4HANA and other cor­re­spon­ding appli­ca­ti­ons.
  • Imple­ment and con­ti­nuous­ly impro­ve the glo­bal Ser­vice e‑Invoicing stra­tegy, ensu­ring com­pli­ance with local and inter­na­tio­nal e‑invoicing, tax, and e‑requirement regu­la­ti­ons and stan­dards in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with Glo­bal E‑Invoicing & Digi­tal Tax Mana­ger in Group Tax.
  • Lead the ser­vice net­work facing roll­out of new coun­try-spe­ci­fic e‑invoicing solu­ti­ons, inclu­ding pro­cess design, user accep­tance test­ing, trai­ning, and go-live sup­port.
  • Own and main­tain e‑invoicing pro­cess docu­men­ta­ti­on, user manu­als, and trai­ning mate­ri­als to ensu­re sus­tainable adop­ti­on and com­pli­ance across the ser­vice net­work.
  • Lead or con­tri­bu­te to cross-func­tion­al ope­ra­ti­ons and ERP pro­jects impac­ting mul­ti­ple busi­ness pro­ces­ses, ensu­ring ali­gnment with over­all ser­vice ope­ra­ti­ons goals and busi­ness objec­ti­ves.
  • Work in clo­se col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with Coun­try Finan­ce Mana­gers and Glo­bal Pro­cess Owners for Order-to-Cash, Con­tract Manage­ment, Pro­cu­re-to-Pay, Accounts Paya­ble, and Tax to ensu­re end-to-end pro­cess ali­gnment.
  • Actively repre­sent e‑invoicing, user access manage­ment, and test manage­ment topics within the S/4HANA Flash Team and broa­der ser­vice ERP initia­ti­ves.
  • Defi­ne, imple­ment, and main­tain a har­mo­ni­zed Ser­vice ERP user access manage­ment approach for SAP S/4HANA, ensu­ring adhe­rence to secu­ri­ty poli­ci­es, audit requi­re­ments, and regu­la­to­ry stan­dards.
  • Defi­ne and over­see the exe­cu­ti­on of an audit-com­pli­ant test manage­ment frame­work, inclu­ding user accep­tance test­ing for busi­ness pro­jects and regres­si­on test­ing for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release upgrades.
  • Func­tion­al­ly mana­ge test coor­di­na­ti­on and user access manage­ment spe­cia­lists within the cen­tral ope­ra­ti­ons team, ensu­ring effec­ti­ve deli­very, gover­nan­ce, and know­ledge sha­ring.
  • Defi­ne and fol­low up on rele­vant pro­cess KPIs to iden­ti­fy risks, inef­fi­ci­en­ci­es, and con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties across e‑invoicing, user access, and test­ing.
  • Mana­ge a set of glo­bal stan­dards, inclu­ding pro­cess docu­men­ta­ti­on, to enable auto­ma­ti­on, SAP S/4HANA inno­va­tions, and con­sis­tent pro­cess adop­ti­on.
  • Ela­bo­ra­te Busi­ness Cases; eva­lua­te cost-saving oppor­tu­ni­ties, inclu­ding fea­si­bi­li­ty, impact on pro­duct cos­ts, and capi­tal expen­dit­ures.
  • Act as aut­ho­riza­ti­on owner for Requests for Chan­ge (RfCs) within the assi­gned scope, ensu­ring gover­nan­ce, com­pli­ance, and ali­gnment with glo­bal stan­dards.
  • Deve­lop and exe­cu­te End User and key stake­hol­der trai­ning in col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the Glo­bal End User Trai­ning respon­si­ble and rele­vant pro­cess com­mu­ni­ties.

Your back­ground:

  • Uni­ver­si­ty degree or equi­va­lent hig­her edu­ca­ti­on in Mecha­ni­cal Engi­nee­ring, Indus­tri­al Engi­nee­ring, Busi­ness Admi­nis­tra­ti­on, or a rela­ted field.
  • Expe­ri­ence in pro­ject manage­ment, ope­ra­tio­nal excel­lence, pro­cess auto­ma­ti­on, and/or Lean Six Sig­ma.
  • Strong ERP know­ledge of SAP S/4HANA, with hands-on expe­ri­ence in SD, PS, and EPPM; expe­ri­ence with Micro­soft CRM would be an advan­ta­ge.
  • Expe­ri­ence in SAP S/4HANA user access manage­ment design and imple­men­ta­ti­on, inclu­ding role con­cepts and aut­ho­riza­ti­on gover­nan­ce.
  • Self-dri­ven, decis­i­on-focu­sed, struc­tu­red, col­la­bo­ra­ti­ve, and a strong team play­er with excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills.
  • Expe­ri­ence working with seni­or manage­ment across dif­fe­rent count­ries and com­mu­ni­ca­ting effec­tively with all orga­niza­tio­nal levels.
  • Expe­ri­ence in com­mer­cial sup­port and/or ser­vice coor­di­na­ti­on would be an advan­ta­ge.
  • Inter­na­tio­nal busi­ness expe­ri­ence and inter­cul­tu­ral com­pe­tence.
  • Lan­guage skills: Eng­lish (C1 or abo­ve); Ger­man (B2 or abo­ve) would be an advan­ta­ge.
  • Abili­ty to tra­vel glo­bal­ly up to 5–10%.
